Operation, Maintenance and Management of Services of Community centre at Sector-5B, Vrindavan Yojna No-01, Lucknow on Lease/ Rental basis as per terms & Condition attached with bid documents. The quoted rates should be inclusive of all taxes, but excluding G.S.T. which will be charged extra in addition. Note:- 1- Rates are required to be quoted not less than reserved bid value excluding G.S.T. 2- Highest bid rate will be considered for approval. 3-बिड स्वीकृति के उपरान्त अनुबन्धित किराया की वार्षिक धनराशि में प्रतिवर्ष 05 प्रतिशत की क्रमिक वृद्धि (Cumulative Enhancement) लागू होगी। कार्य सम्बन्धी अन्य विस्तृत शर्तें निविदा प्रपत्रों में देखी जा सकती हैं।
