M & L for preparation of old Concrete floor surface (Ensure that the surface to be painted is free from any damp, loose paint, dust, wax or grease and other contaminants) and apply two coat of water based cross linking all acrylic emulsion (Floor Guard) with proper mixing of thinner as per manufacturer instruction in camouflage pattern or required shade as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surface of wall, one coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint (camouflage pattern) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of old plastered surface of wall, and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint (Weather Proof) camouflage pattern having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied (%) 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over surfaces.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall, and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint (Weather Proof) Camouflage pattern having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces

Note (applicable for item No.1 to 4):- Paint shall be of make Asian , Berger, Duplex, Indigo or equivalent make as per Appx 'B'.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc & fill to joints with CM 1:6 if the masonry joints gets found exposed while taking down plaster and debris to be removed from MD land all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound in proportion as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and as directed. (Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified.
