4.7Mtr RIB Boat with 90HP Mercury Marine Engine To carry out repair & Maintenance/ servicing of as per job specification for Mercury Engines OBM. • Every 100 HRS of use or once yearly Change engine oil and filter • Every 300 Hrs of use or Three years • Replace water pump impeller Check power trim fluid. • Replace spark plugs after the frist 300hours or three years. • Fuel system:- • Maintenance of fixed fuel takn. • Maintenance of straight filler pipe with cap, vent pipe and filter. • Steering :- • Maintenance and Replacement of rim type wheel with arrangement for direct tiller control. Bilge System:- • Maintenance of semi Rotary hand pump of 1000/Hours. DC System:- • Maintenance of 02 Nos 12V, 150 Ah Battery with charging system. Hull:- • Maintenance of GRP molding with internal Bulkheads, GRP Frames, Keel and Deck connection to Hull. Deck Maintenance. Collar maintenance. • Mast with Electrical Fitting. • Navigation Equipment. • Life Saving Equipment.
Laser Radial Boat:- Repair and preventative maintenance to the sail,hull, deck, centerboard, rudder, mast, boom or any fittings and fixings may be carried out provided. Preventive maintenance includes the replacement of fasteners(screws, bolts nuts, washer and rivets) Inspect shackles, pings and clevis rings and tape up to snapping sails ropes and clothing and to prevent All moving parts should be lightly lubricated to avoid jamming.
Kayak( Total: 09 Boats) Kayaks Monthly Inspection &Maintenance/servicing Interior and Exterior. When stored outside they should be checked on a monthly basis to ensure they are not attracting mould or some fungi. Always ensure kayaks are stored with the inside dry.
5 BHP Diesel driven pump Check for any leaks from gaskets. Check that the duty condition is in the safe operating range for the pump. Check the lube oil in the system. Maintenance &servicing of tappets fuel lines & tank as part of service / maintenance routine. Renewal of lube oil& filter every 50 hrs of running as mark’s recommendation.
Swan boat Maintenance & servicing of FRP material. Maintenance & servicing of boat paddles/water sealing points. Greasing of all bearing/lubrication of rudder tiller assembly & rudder. Welding of broken paddles etc. FRP repairs on boats body with epoxy& curing material etc
