Operation and Maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical Installations at Terminal building, power house, Car Park & other ancillary buildings as per specifications and conditions attached to provide uninterrupted power supply and deputing man power round the clock in Three shifts, General shift including attending complaints/faults/breakdowns to ensure serviceability, preventive maintenance, upkeeping maintenance records/documentation etc., on all working days including Sundays and Holidays complete as required.

Servicing, Checking,Inspection, Repairing, overhauing and testing of MEI Make 3 Ph 11KV 800A HT Panel Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) including testing of wiring of breaker and minor repairing works complete as required including documentation, testing as per recommended standards (through authorised agency of OEM/reputed agency approved by Engineer-In-Charge) followed with submission of test report to AAI as per conditions of contract etc as required.

Servicing, Checking,Inspection, Repairing, overhauing and testing of folloinwg HT components installed on 3 Ph, 11 KV, 800 A, HT Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) including testing of wiring of breaker and minor reparing works complete as required including documenting the testing as per recommended standards (through authorised agency of OEM/reputed agency approved by Engineer-In-Charge) followed with submission of test report to AAI as per condition of contract etc as required.

Servicing and Testing of the 315 KVA, 11 KV, 430 V distribution ONAN Transformer as per recommonded standard and submission of report complete as required through authorised service agency of OEM/ reputed agency approved by engineer -in - charge. Testing should include Insulation Resistance test, Voltage Ratio & Tap Continuty test, Magnetic Balance Test, Vector Group Test, Accessories working etc. complete as reqd.

Dehydration and filteration of transformer oil at site including testing of Transformer oil BDV Test before and after filteration and submitting the test reports etc., as required for 315 KVA Transformer (Approx. 380 Ltr.oil tank capacity)

Supply and Toping up the transformer oil in conservator tank upto a required level with new treated transformer oil complete as required.

Servicing, repairing, rewinding of following type of fans by using suitable gauge enamel copper wire backing, oiling greasing including replacement of defective bearings / bushing, Shaft, Capacitor including transporting from site to contractors workshop & back to site, testing and commissioning etc. complete as required.

Complete Servicing, Rewinding, Repairing & Overhauling of the Upto 3 HP / Greater than 3 HP & upto 7.5 HP Mono block / Submersible Pump-Motor sets of various makes & models i/c replacement of defective parts, bush, bearings, mechanical seal, varnishing etc. i/c dismantling, assembling, transportation from site to work shop & work shop to site, testing and commissioning etc. complete as required.

Lifting and Lowering of Submersible Pump upto 7.5 HP capacity below ground level upto 350 ft. including Loading, Unloading & Transportation etc, complete as required.

Calibration of CCR & Sensitivity of relay on 4 KW CCR of NASU make CCR including submitting reports etc., complete as required.

Inspection, servicing, setting, testing, adjustment, calibration and submission of calibration certificate of following instruments including minor repairs etc.all as reqd.

Servicing & complete overhauling of High Mast i/c repairing, replacement of defective parts of winch assembly, wire rope, trailing cable, control panel, complete with testing & commissioning all as per site requirement.

Visiting charges by highly skilled personnel having experience of control wiring, well versed with control wiring drawing for identification & rectification of fault in AMF Panel of DG set / interlocking mechanism of HT / LT Ckt. Breakers, relays / transformer faults or any kind of fault in E&M installations at 11 kV substation as required.

Designing, Manufacturing, Supplying & Fixing of Signage Vinyl pasting in Two Layers in approved colour & design on existing LED Signages at site including dismantling & removing the old Signages and refixing the new signage sheet, complete as required.

Supply and fixing of flame retardant electrical insulation mat of 2.5 mm thick to withstand upto 11 kV conforming to IS 15652:2006 with upto date amendments and having minimum width 1000mm (+ 20mm). The sufficient of adhesive / compound shall be supplied to fix the insulation mat on the front/rear side of electrical installation. Mat shall be ISI marked. Its leakage curent at 11 KV shall not be more than 10 MA. The mat shall be welded by hot gas welding with filler matrial method by making V grove cut at joints with suitable welding cord of insulating material of matching colour to provide a seamless jointed surface as per IS :8002.(Type Test Certificates from reputed laboratories such as CPRI, ERDA shall be submitted)

Visit charges of Service Personnel from the Manufacturer or Authorised Service Dealer or Specialised Agency for carrying out Minimum 01(One) Half - Yearly Preventive Maintenance Service for satisfactory working condition of the following systems (OR) Breakdown maintenance visit as and when required basis till the complete rectification of the breakdown irrespective of number of visits to attend the same breakdown (but excluding cost of Spares / Hardware required, if any). Double leaf 52 mtr clear opening (size of each leaf of approx. 28 mtr X 2.9 mtr height) electrical operated motorized, MS trolley gate system.

Monthly Periodical Maintenance of Double leaf 56 Mtr. Clear opening (each leaf is 28 mtr. width and 2.9 mtr. height) electrical operated motorized MS Trolley gate the system installed across taxi way of C.E., Jamnagar, the job include repair and maintenance, attending faults / breakdowns and taking rectification action to ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the system including schedule maintenance / preventive maintenance, complete etc. as per special condition of contract etc as required.

Annual Comprehensive maintenance of ION - Exchange make 200 LPH Capacity Centralized R.O. Plant including consumables like RO Filters etc. (but excluding Membrane) & spare parts. The job includes visit charges of Service personnel from the Manufacturer or Authorised Service Dealer or Specialised Agency for carrying out Minimum 01(One) Monthly Preventive Maintenance visit for satisfactory working condition of the system (OR) Breakdown maintenance visit as and when required basis till the complete rectification of the breakdown irrespective of number of visits to attend the same breakdown, complete as required.

Supply of R.O. Membrane HM 4040 suitable for 200 LPH Centralized R.O.System of ION Exchange Make, complete as required.

Painting of Electrical Panels / Electrical operated motorized MS Trolley gate Installations etc. with one or more coats of slrthetic enamel paint of approved colour & brand to give an even shade including cleaning ofsurface, complete as required.

Execution of Complete items of CPWD Delhi schedule of rates (E&M) 2018.[Up to a Ceiling limit of Rs.1,00,000.00 without GST]. The materials used for executing the DSR items shall be as per the approved make list of AAI, as enclosed with the tender document.
