EVAC System: EVAC System works to be carried out,all required spare and consumables are in contractor scope.satisfactory operation to be showned to ship staff.

All gate valves in the evac system in the E/R and on deck to be opened and overhauled Total nos in accommodation=24 nos, size 160k ,Total main line valves in engine room=13 nos, size 200 k

Evac tanks of 3 cu mtr capacity to be cleaned and wasted internals to renew

Float switches are malfunctioning and same to be renewed

Electromechanical actuator motors for evac black and grey water discharge control to overhaul

Sewage tank has to be cleaned

All the ejectors to overhaule, nozzle & NR flap valves to check and repair / renew (contractor supply)

4 nos tank guage glasses to renew (L=1 mtr, dia=20mm)

E14 Following valves for grey & black water pump to be overhauled.

Grey & black water pump suction valves type: gate valve dn 100 mm, pcd-180mm, pipe dia-115mm

Grey & black water pump ejector suction valves type: gate valve dn 65 mm, pcd-145mm, pipe dia-76mm
