REPAIR TO CLEANING OF MONSOON DRAIN, SAUCER DRAIN, DRAIN COVER SLABS AND HARD STANDING, EARTH FILLING, LEVELLING INCL CONNECTED ITEMS OF AIR FIELD AT AF STN

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced)/rigid pavement/Hardstanding of any description and in any position by using mechanical method including cutting by machine of existing edge of any thickness compelete all as sepecfied and directed by EIC

Removing demolished materials (other than soil) to a distance exceeding 1.5 Km but not exceeding 5 Km and depositing outside MD Land inlcuding loading ,unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 100mm thick cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in hard standing/ pavings in alternate bays including use of necessary formwork and finishing concrete topping even and fair without using extra cement and spike rolling to surface or making impressions of expanded metal , whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 150 mm compacted thickness of DLC(Dry Lean Concrete) using minimum 140 Kg/Cum of cement and 7 days compressive strength @ 10 Kg/Sqcm using crushed stone aggregate 40 mm thick as in mass concrete complete

M& L for 10 mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual ,organic and deleterious materials spread uniformly laid complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 400 micron HDPE sheet virgin quality having min weight 390 gm per sqm over sand layer complete all as specfied and directed

M&L for pavement quality concrete (PQC) of flexural strength 45 Kg/Sqcm in field using minimum 400 Kg of cement/cum of concrete designed thickness 250 mm laying in bays as specified in drgs and adding 0.25% by weight of cement with recron triangular synthetic fibre complete , including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause 10.1. 4 and Tabl~ 9 of IRC' 15-2017

M&L for forming dummy/contraction joint with an initial saw cut of 3 mm soon after the concrete has set, upto a depth of 1/3rd to 1 /4th the thickness of the slab widening the first saw cut to 6 mm and 24 mm deep by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size straight and smooth edges Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil vegetation and other debris. Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 8 mm dia application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS- 5212 , BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) OF +/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed

M& L Cutting of construction joints 25 mm deep and 10 mm wide by early entry saw cut using diamond bicutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil , vegetation and othe debris Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant.
