Rates for Construction of Roof Top Rain Water Harvesting System (Polymer based modutes made up of 100% recycled polypropylene Tank (50 kl of loding Capacity 30 tonnes/sqm.) its appurtenants works with testing commissioning and proper completion of work including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. complete. (Following are the quantities for one unit of work.)

PART (A)

Earth work excavation with JCB/ excavators in all type of soil and with a lift up to 2 meters.

Compaction of above excavated area, base soil including all materials, labour, T&P complete

Supply of 100mm stone aggregate & preparation of base with 100mm thick stone of size 10mm to 20mm including all material and labour, complete all

Supply of coarse sand & preparation of base with 100mm thick sand bed over aggregates including all material and labour complete

Soil disposal- disposal of extracted soil from the site to inside the boundary walls of the building up to a maximum distance of 0.5 KM. Permission will be provided by client

Geo textile 400 GSM Double Layer: - To avoid invasion of soil, provide stability to the tank, and improve quality of water within the tank with tensile strength.

Supply of HDPE liner having a thickness of atleast 1mm for the collection and storage of water. Heat welding onsite and offsite as per the requirement.

Supply & installation of RAINMAXX TM Polymer based modules (Honeycomb design on each plate) made up of 100% recycled polypropylene capable of taking light vehicular movement upto atleast 30 tonnes / sqm with adequate backfilling & 4 small plates combination creating 3 spans inside the module. These modules are made from combination of large (683*410mm) and small (369*410mm) plates along with external locks. Each large plate should have atleast fourteen external locking slots inorder to give stability to tank. These tank should have optimum connection & block stability using double lock stability. Each single tank is made of four large and four small plates in case of single tank and 10 large & 12 small plates for triple tank. Capacity of single tank is (.683*.410*.450) equals to 0.126 CUM. Weight of each large plate should be atleast 1050 gms and each small plate should be atleast 550 gm. The design to be approved by Engineer-in-Charge

Backfilling of the area constructed in and around after compacting them properly.

Supply of FRP Filter having SS 304 mesh bracket with dia 750mm and height 1000mm having flow rate of at least 82.5 CUM /Hr capable of removing particles from inflow water. FRP filter should be Griha certified under criterions 21& 18 and SVAGRIHA criterion 9. Certificate should be valid on date of installation

FRP Riser, 1 meter height with dia of 750mm, if required

Supply and fixing of FRP Chamber in between the tank for inspection chamber and vent for the air with top cover, complete in all respect.( size of Inspection chamber (685 * 408 * 550 mm).

Supply, installation and commissioning of 0.5 HP motor pump to withdraw water from tank - with all aceessories, sump station.

PART (B)

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, Single socketed pipes. 110 mm diameter

Supply and fixing of clamps, hooks, keeps etc. for roof drain complete

Construction of desilting chamber size as (1.10x1.50x1.50) meter in brick masonry work complete all

a) Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

b) PCC 1:3:6 base concrete with cement, sand and stone aggregates including all materials, labour, T&P complete

c) Brick masonry laid 1:4 cement sand mortar for walls including all materials, labour, T&P complete

d) 12mm thick plaster laid 1:4 cement, sand mortar over the brick work including all materials, labour, T&P complete

e) RCC 1:2:4 with cement, sand and 20mm aggregates for cover of chambers including all materials, labour, T&P complete

f) MS iron work for RCC above @ 1% of total RCC
