PROVIDING THIRD PARTY CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF LIFT PROJECT TO SUPPLEMENT BENNETHORA RESERVOIR BY LIFTING WATER FROM KAGINA RIVER TO BALANCE THE IRRIGATION UTILISATION, CREATED BY WATER SUPPLY OF 1.624 TMC TO KALABURAGI CITY. ON TURNKEY BASIS (PHASE-I).

The Consultancy Firm / Company should have been involved in the Civil Engineering Consultancy Services i.e. TP, quality control for works for last 10 years as a prime consultant and the Intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as a prime Consultant, at least one work (Third Party) i.e costing not less than 50% of the amount Put to tender i,eRs.3.99 Lakhs during Last Five Financial years reckoned back from2024-25 (i,e work executed during 2020-21 to 2024-25 will be considered) The work done certificate should be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division/Equivalent officer. The cost will be updated to the present value by giving a weight age of 10% per annum, if the work is completed prior to the year 2025-26.

The Intending bidder should have in the last five financial period (i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25) achieved in at least two financial years, an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 7.98 lakhs. The financial turnover shall be certified by the registered Charted Accountant, All Documents/Certificates issued by Charted Accountant should have a UDIN generated through the ICAI Portal, Any Such Certificate without UDIN shall not be considered and shall be treated as invalid document. Financial turnover of previous year shall be given a weight age of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY 2025-26

Personnel including skills and competencies :The Bidder/Company should have and deploy the following key personnel/man power for the assignment. Bio data of individual key personnel signed by the individual member shall be furnished,Team Leader(Senior Civil Engineer)This position requires a Senior Engineer who shall be a Graduate in Civil Engineering with more than 15years experience in the Quality Assurance field. Consultants should have a valid ISO-9001-2015 and ISO/IEC27001:2022 certificate

The Bidder/Company should have own NABL certification in the field of Quality control & quality assurance for the current period.
