Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry / PCC block masonry, built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles including removal of debries to a distance exceeding 1.5 km but not exceeding 2 Km, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of block masonry wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any postion not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts including provision of galvanised iron binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanised fencing conforming to IS 2721:2003 including line wires of 4 mm dia straining bolts including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square eads at one end and screwed the other to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nuts, not exceeding 5 cm long diameter of neck 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over as in strengthening bars for chain link fencing comforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of galvanised existing concertina coil of size 1050 mm dia and re-fixing of same position with using GI hooks/ GI Wire fixed in PCC proper line/alignment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base and like complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rubber moulded Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick, in white cement with pigment, set, jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement, as in floors, laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in, path/flooring alternate bay complete all as specified and directed.

Forming contraction joints (Dummy) 30mm deep x 10mm wide fileld with sealing compound Grade ' B' complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof ridges fixed with self drilling screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel angle iron for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-B in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in repairs galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to fencing posts, any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples, or steel nibs, pins complete all as specified and directed. (each line of wire shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fix as in repairs 1050 mm dia (dia of coil when unstreched) punched tape razor blade galvanised barbed concertina coil (50 turns per coil ) weight approx 15.25 kg (+/-5%) expandable 8 to 10 m, with medium bars of barb length 24 (+/-) mm, pitch between two barbs 35(+/-) mm, width of barb back 13mm, thickness of the tape is 0.5 mm dia of the spring core wire is 2.6 mm as fencing to steel post/struts fixed with nibs including fixing with special galvanised fastners such as J clips, C clips, u clips, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated steel Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick cement concrete type C- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of approved shape and size of 80mm thickness, with minimum compressive strength of 40N/sqm (M-40 ), without correction factor for chamfering, made in rubber moulds with 0.50mm thick scratch proof lacquer coating on top surface, with white cement and pigment laid over and including 20mm thick sand screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

Brick filleting in any position and to any shape in cement mortar 1:4 including all mitres, stops exceeding 25 Sq.cm but not exceeding 50 Sq.cm. complete all as specified and directed.
