Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fill dry river sand in trenches for cable cushioning (above and below the cable as per SSR-I) complete all as specified and directed. (Note : sand to be filled 23cm and carefully punned to 18 cm thickness. Punned thickness will be measured for the purpose of payment)

Supply and fix precast concrete cable covers class LV type 1, flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm M-20 grade concrete for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Suppl installing and testing of energy efficient, 5 star rating, ceiling fan, white colour, of 1200 mm sweep and hanging to the hook on ceiling and making necessary connection from ceiling fan to the ceiling rose / porcelain connector with PVC insulated PVC sheathed FR grade 3 core 0.5 sqmm copper conductor flexible wire 1100 volts grade and writing MES Number on the fan in black paint complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Bajaj (speedster) or equivalent CAT part of make Havell's / C G / C & S

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of window type air conditioner ,inverter type, electric driven, single phase, of cooling capacity 6000 K cal. Per hour, 1.5 Ton Capacity, BEE 5 Star rated with CFC refrigerant complete all as specified and directed. Make :-LG/Bluestar of model 5W18GBTI/TATA Voltas/Samsung

Supply ans fixing in repairs earth plug and socket, single pole and neutral, sheet metal enclosures with a two pin, plug and socket 20Amp, 240 volts as per cat No. DPSDPO20 of Havells or equivalent of L & T with and including one MCB, SP, 20A, 240 Volts as per Cat No MCCSP020 of Havells or equivalent of L & T, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring two single core PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 4 Sqmm of voltage rating 1100 Volts drawn in and including surface casing and caping with standard accessories, along-with one run of PVC (green colour) insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor all as specified and directed. NOTE1: Two run of single core PVC cable with one run of earth conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit. Note2:- The retreived materials have been mentioned in the Sch of credit in the tender documents in pdf form. The amount of Sch of credit will be deducted offline from the amount of BOQ at the time of acceptance.
