Supply, laying & testing cable HT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 120 sqmm .

Supply , laying and testing cable LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 150 sq mm 3.5 core.

Supply , laying and testing cable LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sq mm 3.5 core.

Supply and installation of copper wound transformer step down, outdoor type complete with standard fittings, HT 11 kV 3 phase, LT 433 volts, 3 phase 4 wire with OFF Load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit, all as per IS : 1180 with BEE rating and standard fittings of capacity 100 KVA.

Supply, febricate, test and commisioning of factory made HT out door distribution panel Single door of size 1000x1000x600 mm including locking arrengment cubical type dust proof , weather proof , vermin proof asthetically designed, having atleast IP -54 degree of ingress protection , fabricated from 3 mm thick CRCA sheet with front & rear opening including bus bar chamber , continuous GI strip earth bus bar , 3 strips of copper bus bar of 400 Amps capacity, insulated color sleaves, procelain/epoxy insulators, rail channels cable alloy, danger notice board (11000 Volt) including made out of 14 guage MS sheet over angle iron frame of size 50x50x6mm , 60 cm grouted in ground floor and 60 cm above GL including necessary excavation, foundation. PCC etc complete duly powder coated of approved red colour all as directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of LT Feeder pillar of size 1000mm x 900mm x 450mm factory made (CPRI approved), outdoor cubical compartmental type, single door, both side openable with hinged doors & locking arrangement, outgoing cable chamber with same rated copper strip from cable chamber to MCCB output, made out of 3.15 mm thick mild steel CRCA sheet supported and fixed on structural frame of angle iron of size 60 x60 x 6mm angle iron frame including painting to all internal & external exposed steel surfaces with powder coating paint (5 stage process) with duly fixed in ground but PCC foundation (1:2:4) type Bl, with danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled (white), with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system 500 volts grade with necessary wiring with PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor of appropriate length size with and including fixing lugs, bolts, screws etc complete after taking down old unserviceable panel board of any size incl mounting and comprising of the following accessories:-

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm.

M&L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and including copper strip of 20 x 3 mm as earth lead up to 7.5 mtr long fixed by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc. of galvanised iron or steel including provn of HDPE protection pipe light grade of 32/40mm bore and connected to earth strip earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, precast slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4)type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) of weight not less than 4kg/sqm) with frame, funnel with watering pipe of 15mm bore Sch.40, wire mesh and lugs, test point etc. complete. Note: Copper strip exceeding 7.5m long shall be measured & paid seperately.

S&F in replacement of copper strip 20 x 3 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for jointing with transformer and lightening arresters with the earth pit strip etc all as directed by engineer-in-charge complete.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes etc not exc. 10sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in Hard/Dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in soil and including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting points.

M & L unreinforced precast concrete cable covers CLASS LV type II, flat size 300 x 180 x 40 mm laid transverse to cable.

M&L for sand cushioning for UG cables using dry sand; gently punning down all as directed and specified. ( Note : For measurement purpose punned thickness shall be considered)

M & L unreinforced precast concrete cable covers CLASS HV type I, flat size 300 x 180 x 40 mm laid transverse to cable.

M & L for making Platform for Transformer using Block masenery & PCC (1:3:6) including finishing of surface. Size / strength of Platform as per Transformer capacity minimum hieght of the platform from ground one meter all as specified and as directed by EIC.

S&F GI tubing light grade for encasing cables for mechanical protection, laid under plinth/floors/ roads/ path /culverts or fixed on walls/on poles by means of MS FI clamps with necessary bolts, nuts and washers all as specified of size 80mm bore.
