(b) The above rates are inclusive of all the taxes, duties including GST and all Governmental levies applicable as on the date of Technical bid opening. Bidder should indicate HSN/SAC number for above quoted items.

2.0 PRICE EVALUATION METHODOLOGY: 2.1 Each MPU Set comprises of One Mobile Pumping Unit along with Operating Crew and Two Tankers along with Operating Crew as per Scope of work and Specifications mentioned in the tender. The prices will be evaluated and compared as under: A) Monthly charges for hiring of 1 no. Mobile Pumping Unit along with Operating Crew as per scope of work. 1 month per MPU shall be considered for evaluation purpose. B) Operating charges per hour per Mobile Pumping Unit: 158 operating hours per month per MPU shall be considered for evaluation purpose. C) Movement charges per Kilometer per Mobile Pumping Unit: 1254 kilometers per month per MPU shall be considered for evaluation purpose. D) Monthly charges for hiring of 1 no. Tanker along with operating crew as per scope of work. 1 month per Tanker for two Tankers shall be considered for evaluation purpose. E) Movement charges of Tanker per kilometer: 2728 kilometers per Tanker per month for two Tankers shall be considered for evaluation purpose. F) Running charges for PTU (Fighter Pump): 236 KL per Tanker per month for two Tankers shall be considered for evaluation purpose.

2.2 PRICE EVALUATION FORMULA: TOTAL EVALUATED PRICE FOR HIRING OF 1 MPU SET (1 MPU + 2 Tankers) ALONG WITH OPERATING CREW PER MONTH = [(A) + 158 x (B) + 1254 x (C) + 2 x (D) + 2 x 2728 x (E) + 2 x 236 x (F)]

2.3. Matching with Regular Tender GEM/2026/B/7525524 Dated: 14-05-2026 In case the L-1 bidder of the Board Purchase tender also participates in the regular CPD tender and quotes a rate lower than the rate finalized under the Board Purchase, the contractor shall bebound to match and accept the lower rate quoted in the regular tender No GEM/2026/B/7525524 Dated: 14-05-2026

2.4 ESCALATION / DE-ESCALATION OF HSD: Rates quoted in schedule of rates shall be firm and final for the entire duration of the contract. ONGC shall not pay any other charges other than the agreed rates. However, escalation / de-escalation of rates shall be paid / recovered only in the case of statutory increase / decrease of Diesel prices declared by M/s. Indian Oil Corporation for Ahmedabad shall be compared with the rates as on techno-commercial bid opening date. Such escalation / de-escalation shall be paid / recovered against each vehicle for the actual kms run. The contractor shall be entitled for any increase / decrease in the rates of MPU and Tankers as per the following criteria: a) FOR TANKERS: Escalation / De-escalation in the rates per KM run = (D1 – D0) / 4.5 Where: D0 = Price of HSD per liter on the date of techno-commercial bid opening. D1 = Increased or decreased price of HSD per liter from the date of change in the prices during work execution. Average KM run considered per litre = 4.5 KM b) FOR MOBILE PUMPING UNITs: i) For movement of MPU: Escalation / De-escalation in the rates per KM movement of MPU = (D1 – D0) / 3.0 Where: D0 = Price of HSD per liter on the date of techno-commercial bid opening. D1 = Increased or decreased price of HSD per liter from the date of change in the prices during work execution. Average KM run considered per litre = 3.0 KM ii) For operation of MPU Escalation / De-escalation in the rates per hour operation of MPU = (D1 – D0) x 12 Where: D0 = Price of HSD per liter on the date of techno-commercial bid opening. D1 = Increased or decreased price of HSD per liter from the date of change in the prices during work execution. HSD consumption per hour operation of MPU = Average 12 Litre c) FOR PTU (FIGHTER PUMP): No Escalation / De-escalation of rates shall be applicable on running (operating) of PTU (Fighter Pump).

2.5 The above quoted rates should be inclusive of wages of drivers, staff, diesel, oil, lubricant, maintenance and any other associated cost. 2.6 There will be no minimum guaranteed billing under the contract. 2.7 The above rates quoted under column (iv) shall be inclusive of all taxes, duties and levies including GST. 2.8 Invoice Format or as per GST regulation, Invioce should contain all the required details
