LABOUR CONTRACT CLEANING, SANITATION &VARIOUS ALLIED WORKS AT CENTRAL PRODUCTS DAIRY, ALAPPUZHA THROUGH “PIECE RATE PRINCIPAL TO PRINCIPAL INDEPENDENT LABOUR CONTRACT” BASIS

FOR DAILY CLEANING ACTIVITIES: Milk reception dock, Tray washer, Cold storage room, Anti room

Cleaning of steel panel in Milk filling room and Ghee room

Wash and clean the steel panelling provided in the anteroom and cold storage room, Wash and clean the steel panelling from reception dock to the cold storage.

Open gutters, pit and canals through which water from gutters, which are located below the reception dock.

Two milk filling machine hall and corridors associated with hall

Processing hall and CIP tank room

Stairs from processing hall to the overhead tank and both tank halls on the first and second floor

Main entrance ,hall, office rooms associated with dairy plant

Complete cleaning of laboratory in the Ist floor

Corridors connecting dairy and powder plant

Workers dress changing room and its surroundings

Toilets and bathrooms (both ladies and gents) in dairy, store building and also in dress changing room.

Boiler hall, Refrigeration hall & new IBT hall.

Work shop and adjoin work area, Water softener room, Generator room (2 Nos.), panel room, corridor connecting processing hall and boiler & milk silo platform including SS passage inside dairy.

All rooms, conference hall, Managers room, toilet and Record keeping room located on the first floor of Admin. block and reception, bathroom & stairs on the lower floor etc

Dairy stores building ( including Raw Material store, Engineering store etc)

Ghee filling hall, Juice hall and Milma Plus filling hall, Flavoured Milk incubation area, Finished Goods Store area in MPF

Main dockyard(concreted portion) located in front of dairy

Open places and places in front of main godown and its surroundings within 3 meter perimeter in the dairy

Front portion of old dairy, surroundings of old generator set, the portion in between main godown and old dairy

Surroundings of security cabin and north portion of dockyard

All roads and sidewalks within dairy, spaces in between the dairy plant and MPF plant

Open space around the store and eastern portion of road till MPF building

Security cabin (two Nos.)

Rest room for staffs ,Bath rooms and toilets in the rest room

FOR WEEKLY CLEANING ACTIVITIES: Main godown of dairy (3 cells and front portion)

MPF godown for ghee and powder, Dock and first floor

Butter and ghee room in MPF

Following rooms and halls in MPF 1) L.T Room 2) Boiler/Air heating room and platform were oil tank is placed 3) Evaporation hall, drying hall & all structures within the hall including stairs and platforms. 4) Powder packing hall 5) Generator room and platform 6) Technical officers’ room

Works carried out under daily cleaning activities from Sl. No. 1.19-1.23.

Bell mouth up to the tarred part of NH ( Main Gate)

8 Mtr. wide around North and West side of administrative building

Scooter shed-2 Nos., Car shed- 1 No.

All rooms on the ground floor of Admin Block including conference hall, toilet etc

Removal of grasses,shurbsetc growing inside the dairy compound.( Assign two employees separately for this job)

FOR MONTHLY CLEANING ACTIVITIES: Cleaning works that has to carried out on the roofs of the buildings as follows: a) Whole dairy plant b) MPF Building completely c) Dairy store building completely d) Two Security cabin e )Canteen building completely f) Administrative block g) Main dairy godown h) Old dairy building i) Old dairy store building j) ETP pump house

Clean the weed growth in transformer yard and furnace oil yard in two meters wide around it

Monthly amount for cleaning related to ETP Plant Sl. No.10 in Page No. 16 of Tender Document

Monthly amount for Garden Maintenance, Cleaning and also for watering of fruit trees during non –rainy season Sl. No.11 in Page No. 16 of Tender Document
