The under me ntioned Job urgently required for smooth functioning of Cooling Appliances (a). M & L for Overhauling & servicing of water cooler of capacity 80/40 Ltrs to 150 Ltrs by carrying out the following works at different location of different establishment of Raiwala MiLtrsary Camp under units complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge (i) Inspection, taking down opening & dismantling descaling brushing cleaning of storage tanks (ii) Examine water tightness of stotage tank after cleaning (c) Carry out operations of stop cock, push cock, float valve etc (iii) Carry out operations of stop cock, push cock, float valve etc (iv) Replace washer & glands of all taps to ensure water tightness (v) Inspect over flow and remove blockage obstruction if any (vi) Check and correct earth continuity of electrical items (g) Check thermostate and test its functioning (vii) Inspect drain pipe and remove blockage if any (viii) Check & correct all electrical wiring and its functioning (ix) Testing of water coolers after repairs. -10 Nos of Job. (b) M & L for Taking down repair to water cooler storage tanks removal of leakage including soldering welding sealing condesnor motor base and arms (Stand) removed old and new 18 gauge GI sheet and arms fitting with soldering / welding with component in workshop as per requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.-01 No. (c) M & L for Disconnecting and taking out water cooler of any type any capacity and refixing the same after removal of leakage in condesnor of cooling coil including flushing dehydration refrigerant gas charging in the system including extra copper tubing complete and testing the water cooler for proper functioning in workshop complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:Required gas for testing the leakage of the system deemed to be included in the quoted rate.-01 No. (d) Supply and fix PVC distributor 3 way heavy duty 10 mm size.-05 Nos. Supply & fixed in repair water cooler compressor for 80 / 40 ltrs of any make & model with filling of Gas as required pressure complete at site & fixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.-04 Nos. (g). Supply & fixing in replacement of rubber gasket suitable for water cooler top cover and repair to top tank cover replacement of hinges fitting of glass wool. Finishing of sheet work and light closing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.-02 Nos.
