Fabrication and fixing of 11kv & 132KV windings for 14MVA, 11/132kv power Transformer including cost of insulation craft paper, pressboard, cylindrical press board strips, spacers insulation, set of Gaskets and Sundry Items etc Installation & reassembling of the core / coils, baking in oven including reassembling the Transformer and Testing at the factory. (complete job)

Paint inside and outside Transformer body of 14 MVA Transformer (without causing any damage to the transformer) Prep. Of surface etc. Appropriate priming coat with epoxy paint two coats on steel work

Providing & filling of Fresh and filtered Transformer Oil as per (5600 Ltr)IS : 335

Installation of 14 MVA repaired transformer at the working site with the system including its site tests & commissioning at Powerhouse

The rates offered by the bidder for SITC new CRGO lamination core shall not be taken into account for evaluation purpose. However, the rates offered by the bidder shall be applicable after LOA incase existing lamination core is found defective jointly by JKPDC officer and lowest bidder expert. The payment shall be made as per actual quantity of CRGO lamination core is to be used in the transformer.

Less Salvage value of copper winding

Less salvage value of core material to be quoted by the bidder shall be considered in case core is found defective but not for evaluation purpose. The salvage value shall be accounted for as per the actual defective material, handed over to lowest bidder

Note:In View of complex BOQ and functionality of some components to be decided post work contract. The evaluation of BOQ shall be carried out by bid evaluation committee (BEC) manually.
