M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in floor topping and floor finishes etc and finished top surface with broom finish complete all as specified and directed.

Forming jambs etc to opening (to foregoing items) incld cutting, toothing & properly bonding into old work also facing ,jointing and pointing to match existing work in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position complete all as specified and directed.
