HIRING OF COMPRESSOR WITH OPERATOR
Scope of work: HIRING OF COMPRESSOR WITH OPERATOR ON RENTAL BASIS – 45 days Electrical driven compressor with suitable connection cable and storage tank of capacity 2000 LTR on rental basis for 45 days. Details are given below 1. Capacity: 525cfm (+/-3%) at 8 bar pressure. 2. Rating: 3 Phase, 415 V, 50 Hz. 3. Compressor end connection should have NRV valve, ball valve for air regulation with flanged end having 4 holes (PCD 120 mm). 4. Output air shall be Moisture-free and suitable for abrasive blasting/pneumatic tools operation. 5. The compressor is proposed to be arranged in open space in all weather conditions including salty atmosphere and hence should be provided with suitable dust/weather protection covers including roofing for compressor. The control panel and the operating panel should be dust and waterproof to enable the compressor to operate in open rain and dusty atmosphere. 6. Size: The compressor should be skid mounted and compact in size. Adequate lifting brackets should be there. 7. Separate storage tank of capacity 2000 LTR should be provided with compressor 8. Necessary additional Cable (minimum 30 mtr) to be provided for connections 9. Working hours should be 16 hours/day. 10. An operator should be there for operation and running time maintenance of the compressor during the working hours.
