Taking down / out burnt / unserviceable underground cable off sizes including disconnecting all electrical connections complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old broken HT/LT PCC / steel poles carefully and including demolition of PCC making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable street light fittings with brackets any type / size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out existing unserviceable junction box with accessories any type / size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling taking down existing GI tubing any type / size complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft / disintegrated rock n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m deep and getting out for taking out/laying of UG cable.LT of any size.

Returning, filling in trenches incl spreading, levelling watering and raming in layer n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated materials n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning with a layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, ISI marked class LV types 2 flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm having minimum average breaking load 200Kg, complying IS:5820-1970 made of concrete used of grade M-20, laid flat in trenches over the cable with the length of concrete cover perpendicular to the direction of the cable length, adjacent / abutting each other complete all as specified.

Boring of holes under road, pavement hard standing by trench less technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine for inserting GI pipe of size 40 mm bore not less than one metre below ground level complete all as specified and directed. Note: GI pipe shall be measured and paid for separately.

Galvanised tubing light grade 40 mm nominal bore for passing of cable, fixed to poles / walls / laying under floor/ roads complete with and including fittings as required complete all as specified

Supply and laying XLPE insulated armoured (under ground) heavy duty electric cable with standard aluminum conductor 1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches/ducts/through pipes /in floor road/along the pole etc complete all as specified.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated armoured (under ground) heavy duty electric cable with standard aluminum conductor 1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 25 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches/ducts/through pipes /in floor road/along the pole etc complete all as specified.

Supply and laying weather proof flat twin core 6 sqmm multistranded aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel tubular swaged poles swan neck type complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, Cap, mild steel bolts, nuts,screw, etc. type 410 SP-31(9.0 meters long) erected in vertical position embedded in PCC foundation including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer and synthetic enameled paint in alternate white and black strips 30cm wide each up to 1.5 Mtr height from top of coping complete all as specified and directed Note :- Earth work, PCC for foundation and coping shall be measured and paid for separately.

PCC 1:4:8 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for stay and coping including necessary form work where required and fair finishing to the exposed surfaces all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type C-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for stay and coping including necessary form work where required and fair finishing to the exposed surfaces all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for stay and coping including necessary form work where required and fair finishing to the exposed surfaces all as specified and directed.

Hot press moulded SMC junction box 240mm x 130mm x 95mm (inside dimension) fixed with left side hinges and cable terminals with one No. 32 Amp TPN MCB fixed to pole with clamp nuts,bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Make:Sintex Cat No :- GSJB -2817 or equivalent model of Hensal)

Earthing complete for transformers/panels with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx 60cmx 6.00 mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected and including GI strip 32mm x 6mm by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth plate surrounded by packed alternate layers of coal dust and common salt 15cm thick, all around top and bottom and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI pipe light grade with funnel and wire mesh and 50mm bore GI pipe light grade for protection of GI strip 32mmx6mm from top of earth plate upto test point (upto 7.5metre in length) connected with suitable size of GI nuts, bolts and washers all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I, testing on completion including excavation / earth work in any type of soil / rock, PCC chamber (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and 50mm thick RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab reinforced with 8mm dia TMT steel bars @ 100mm c/c both ways complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth pit shall be constructed 50cm from the side of excavation to avoid sinking of pit.
