Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of water treatment plant (WTP) of 1,50,000 LPH (calculated on the basis of 15 Hours working time) as per specification and scope comprising of tube setteler, chemical dosing system,dual media filter, activated carbon filter, filter feed pumps, softner plants and all civil works like foundation, drain, neutralization sump, ladder supports etc complete and all other accessoreis of suitable size to obtain the outlet water parameters as per IS (10500:2012) are required as follows: (At pump house No-02)

Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of water treatment plant (WTP) of 30,000 LPH (calculated on the basis of 15 Hours working time) as per specification and scope comprising of tube setteler, chemical dosing system,dual media filter, activated carbon filter, filter feed pumps, softner plants and all civil works like foundation, drain, neutralization sump, ladder supports etc complete and all other accessoreis of suitable size to obtain the outlet water parameters as per IS (10500: 2012) are required as follows: (At MLI pump house)

Design to be approved by Accepting Officer before execution of work. The design / planning catered in the tender is tentative and the complete design has to be provided by the contractor duly vetted by MNIT/IIT after acceptance of contract for approval of Accepting Officer before execution of work. (ii) All consumable (chemicals) required for running the WTP for 02 years alongwith manning & operations are deemed included in quoted rates. (iii) 20% of the payment of the work to be kept reserve and to be released only after satsifactory testing reports of water as per the given specification is obtained. (iv) Contractor is advised to visit the site of work and liase with GE (A) Bhuj from any clarification and site details.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing for centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron (DI) pressure pipe of 250 mm bore with socket & spigot ends including specials having ISI stamping marking with IS 8329/2000, classification "K-9" in standard length of 5.50/6.0 mtrs with cement mortar lining complete all as specified & directed.

DG SET Supply install testing and commissioning of Diesel engine driven generating set 415 Volts, 3 Phase 4 wire, engine as per IS : 10001/10002 and alteranator as per IS 13364 complete with foundation as per design, control panel with necessary meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms of capacity 100 KVA including Tools and spares parts complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following :-

(a) Engine:- Diesel engine, not less than 155 BHP @ 1500 RPM for continuous duty of suitable for 100 KVA alternator with provision of 10% over load for one hour in every 12 hour running confirming to BS 5514/ISO 3046 standard. Totally enclosed, electric start, compression ignition, 4 stroke. The engine shall consists of following specification :- The scope of supply includes:- Electrical starter motor 12V DC, Battery charging alternator, MICO fuel system with electronic governor, Dual spin-on fuel filter, Spin-on full flow lub oil filter, Residential silencer, Dry type air cleaner, Recovery bottle, Shut-off coil with safeties for LLOP/HWT, Flywheel and flywheel housing. SPECIAL REPAIR TO BUILDING Dismantiling of stone slabs and tiles (Kota stone etc.) of any discription or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick as in flooring over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 with border, laid over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing to give granite finish,complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- All exposed edges of kota stone flooring shall be finished as half round / bullnosed as directed and white marble strip border shall be provided to the pattern and design as approved).

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 as in riser / steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick/concrete surfaces on walls/celing etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, applied in two layers ie. Ist layer of 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) and 2nd layer of 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction & finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately)
