Excavation of earth for pole pit of size 0.9*0.6*1/6 of full length of pole for erection of pole in all type of soil including proper dressing of sides and ramming of bottom including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed complete work.

Erection of Single support pole in proper level and alignment along with fixing of all accessories, like top channel & clamp as per RESSPO construction manual.

Grouting of pole in size 0.45*0.45*1/9 of the support in CC ratio 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 graded stone 20mm nominal size : 8 coarse sand) block including cost of cement, sand and stone ballast back filling of soil & boulders in pit and ramming and proper alignment, levelling as per RESSPO construction manual.

Excavation of earth for stay pit of size 0.6*0.6*1.2 of full length in all type of soil including proper dressing of sides and remembring of bottom including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed complete work.

Fixing, tightening and nozzling of stay with pole and stay rod on required tension as per drawing/RESSPO manual.

Grouting of stay in size 0.6*0.6*0.3 in CC ratio 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 graded stone 20mm nominal size : 8 coarse sand) block including cost of cement, sand and stone ballast back filling of soil & boulders in pit and ramming and proper alignment, levelling as per RESSPO construction manual.

Fabrication of MS Channel/MS Angle Iron after cutting in required size with drilling of hole up to good finish.

Fixing of MS Earth rod including excavation, inserting of earth rod in soil and connection of earth wire.

Making open trench of 1 Mtr. wide in hilly hard rocky area including laying of cable in trench of 2 Mtr. depth below ground level.

Supply and laying of HDPE pipe including pipe jointing sockets 160 mm with grade PE80/PN6.

Laying of Cable for loop etc.

Filling and fixing of end termination cable J/Kit size 3*95sqmm.

Filling and fixing of straight through cable J/Kit size 3*95sqmm.

Fixing of MS Channel, MS Angle and all acccessories on new existing double pole.

Supply and fixing of earthing for cable at different pole structure by 450*450*10mm GI plate vertically 3m below the ground level with alternate layer of charcol and salt atleast 200mm thick around connected with GI strip running till top of pole complete.

Painting of poles with channel including one coat primer and two coat primer and two coat silver paint and red asian paint of superior quality on upper side of pole.

Laying, sagging, jumpering and stringing of ACSR Rabbit Conductor.

Installation of fuse set.

nstallation of LA with GI strip & earth rod including suitable clamp, work complete in all respect.

Erection of vertical GI pipe 6" diameter at four pole including wiring of 11 KV cable.

Laying and sagging of LT XLPE Cable 95 sqmm and proper crimping of lugs.

Providing and fixing of fencing around the Transformer made of frame/panel MS Angle of size 50*50*6mm & MS Bar of size 10mm the MS Angle frame/panel size of fencing shall be 1800*13000mm and frame leg shall be grouted over forwall in the CC ratio 1:4:8 in block of size 0.45*0.45*1 mtr. including necessary excavation of earth work, toewall and brick and plaster included.

Supply and fixing of cable route maker.

Extra work for damage of sewar lines, water supply lines, drainages.

Hipot testing of cables.

Providing and fixing of following De-certralized material for the completion of the above Works.
