Job contract for Operation and Maintenance of various Electrical & Mechanical Installations and GLF Installations as detailed in "Annexure-A" of operational and non operational area such as old power house, ITB, CCRs, NAV-AIDS, New fire station and Runway including operation, repairs and maintenance, attending faults / breakdown rectifications, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working conditions of the system, attending complaints, preventive maintenance on daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly / half yearly / yearly basis maintenance of records / documentation etc., as per scope of work given in special conditions of contract in all days including Sunday and holidays. The services of all E&M Installations shall be ensured round the clock for three shifts (each of 8 hours) daily as required by engaging qualified manpowers (As per Annexure-B) as stipulated in the techno commercial spesification of the contract.

Supply and laying of refrigerant copper piping Suitable for 1.5TR / 2TR / 2.5TR capacity of different type AC Units, both suction and discharge along with suitable thermal Insulation and electrical cable of size 3 or 4 Core x 4 Sq. mm copper conductor for connection from indoor to outdoor unit and suitable necessary accessories for connection complete as required. (One lengths of suction, discharge piping and length of copper wire shall be measured one meter for this item)

Supply and laying of refrigerant copper piping for 3TR / 4TR capacity of different type AC Units, both suction and discharge along with suitable thermal Insulation and electrical cable of size 4 Core x 4 Sq. mm copper conductor for connection from indoor to outdoor unit and suitable necessary accessories for connection complete as required. (One lengths of suction, discharge piping and length of copper wire shall be measured one meter for this item)

Rewinding, servicing, repairing of ceiling fan / wall fan / pedustal fans / exhaust fans including replacement of worn-out/ defective parts like copper wire, insulation, bearings, capacitors etc., i/c transportation from site to workshop & back to site. (By back dismantled material).

Lifting and lowering of submersible pumps of various capacities (up to 10 HP) due to defect in existing pump on urgent basis within a short notice including connection of cables jointing of cables etc. with successful testing and commissioning complete as required.

Repair and rewinding of following capacity submersible / Monoblock pump motor sets. Job include transportation of motor dismantling and rewinding with the same gage insulated copper wire including replacement of all the internal worn out / defective parts i.e. bushes, impellers, sleeves, upper and lower bushes sets, thrust bearing, oil seals, rotor grinding and balancing, assembling, testing, transportation etc. complete as required. (By back dismantled material).

Below and up to 5HP, 3 Phase Submersible / Monoblock Pump Set.

Above 5HP and up to 7.5HP, 3 Phase Submersible / Monoblock Pump Set Pump Set.

Providing one welder along with electric welding / gas cutting machine and welding rods / oxygen Acetylene gas for repairing of electrical panels / feeder pillars / MS barricades and repair / re-fixing of doors located in the operational / non-operational area and other welding works as and when required.

Providing earth excavator machine (means hydraulic earth excavator) along with Operator and fuel in the operational area etc as and when required.

Repairing and service of “KIRLOSKAR" Make 5KVA Mobile DG Set with All Associated Sub-Systems / Components and Materials including carrying out preventive maintenance checks, "C” Checks as per manufacturers standard. Repairs / Replacement of defective Components with New Components, ensuring 100% Serviceability / Satisfactory Working Condition of the DG Set etc., complete as required.

Replacement of 42W/43W/45W, recessed mounted, beautifully designed, full glow, high efficiency, 2'X2' Box type LED luminaries with CRCA steel sheet housing with high transitive diffuser with comfortable experience through its classic design and glare free soft illumination including electronic driver with operating voltage range 120-270V, Single phase AC supply as and when required. (Philips FullGlow G6 / Havells PLUTO NEO 2x2 / Bajaj Skylux Gladden)

Carrying out / making In-field measurement / testing of intensity, Isocandela Diagram test, beam spread / coverage, orientation, chromaticity, luminous factor, setting of field alignment, toeing angle and elevation angle as per site requirement of lights including approach (SAPL) and runway lighting systems (i.e. Elevated / Inset type, Unidirectional / Bi-directional Approach Lights, Edge lights, END lights, Threshold lights) by measuring all lights, as far as practicable, to ensure conformance with the applicable specification of ICAO/CAR requirements including submission of test reports of each light in soft and hard copy by using a vehicle mounted mobile measuring unit of sufficient accuracy to analyse the characteristics of the individual lights etc., complete as required. The inventory of the lights fitting as follows: Runway edge light circuit (A & B) – 366 Nos. SAPL - 34 Nos. PAPI - 8 Sets Guidance Signage boards- 27 Nos. Note: This item shall be executed within three months from date of start of work. If fails work will executed through other source and expenditure amount is recovered from this agency running bill.

Repairing and service of 1KVA / 2KVA UPS's with All Associated Sub-Systems / Components and Materials including carrying out preventive maintenance checks, as per manufacturers standard. Repairs / Replacement of defective Components (i.e. Main PCB, Gate driver, Controller etc.) with New Components, ensuring 100% Serviceability / Satisfactory Working Condition complete as required.

Carrying out CPWD DSR Schedule Items (Rate Based on DSR 2022 (Electrical) Which is i/c of GST) as and when required during contract period up to Rs. 5,00,000.00 Per Year The Rate quoted shall be exclusive GST and GST shall be paid extra as applicable. (1 Job =Rs. 5,00,000.00) Per Year (Example: The base amount for one year is Rs. 5,00,000.00 for this item rate if the contract wants to quote the above 10% than (Rs. 5,00,000.00 + 10% = Rs. 5,50,000.00), If contractor want to quote below 10% than (Rs. 5,00,000.00 - 10% = Rs. 4,50,000.00/-).
