Steel renewals.Steel renewals in way of GT/GTG exhaust/Intakes with degutting and regutting (Including Bi-metalic joints) (MS/Alu Rivets) and riveted joints (MS-MS).Degutting and regutting of all related pipes/lagging/cement/underlay/paneling/ lowering and covering of cables (MS)-Manufacture/ Repair/Renewal of structures as per survey (Refer to para 4 of QIS document)

Primer.Application of primer.Application of one coat of primer on the structure, baffle plates, gratings, intake bulkheads, wire meshes, manhole doors & coaming, frames and areas where hotwork is undertaken, post surface preparation to ST-3 standards. (Refer to para 4(f) of QIS document)/buffing
Hot lagging/ cera-wool bags.Removal , preparation/ manufacture and fitment of Hot lagging/cera-wool bags.Removal, Manufacture and fitment of hot lagging insulation bags as per the specifications indicated in QIS. (Refer to para 4 (d), (e), (j) of QIS document)
Renewal of Perforated Sheets.Renewal of Perforated Sheets.Repairs/Renewal of Perforated Sheets (Involving hot lagging and MS/Alu studs degutting and regutting) along with the requisite material.
Riveting.Renewal of Riveting.Removal of old rivets, supply and regutting of new riveting to be undertaken. All rivets to be dipped in primer prior riveting.
Cowling Renewal.Renewal of cowling with associated structural fittings..Renewal of wiremesh & replacement of SS bolts in flanges and lashing of all bolts.
Cowling Repairs.Repairs of cowling mesh with associated structural fittings..Repairsl to wiremesh & replacement of SS bolts in flanges where required and lashing of bolts.
Baffle plates and wire mesh.Associated structural fittings including removal & fitment..Removal, manufacture/repair & fitment of Baffle plates and wire mesh (Alu) and lashing of all bolts including preforated sheets (Refer to para 4 of QIS document)
