Material & labour for concrete bed to 150 mm dia & above drain pipes in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) including packing under and completed surounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested complete specifcation for pipes under road payments or crossing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes etc not exc. 10sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in Soft/ loose soil soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in soil and including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting points complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in mnhole and water tank covers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including crancking, bending spiraly for column & hooping ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc 10cm in width Type C1 (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) straightnor curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 10mm thick on bricks surfaces of walls ,in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing compound at the rate of minimum @ 3% by weight of cement and as per manufacturer's instructions,finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charged. (Supply only Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately)

Material & labour for plain Cement concrete, type D2, (1:4:8), (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation and filling mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for LLDPE septic tanks of 30 users designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, vent shaft etc complete with upflow filter including dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fix 50 mm high density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc including fixing, jointings, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Surface excavation n. exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dence soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & labour for hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 75mm thick cement concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in path/hard standing/sub base under interlocking tiles, checured tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size cofirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M35 grade with grey cemment and no pigments interstices filled complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for providing cement concete type B-1,1:2:4 mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in copings including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigmentcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5m high from base complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for size 600 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cement concrete 100 mm thick B-1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement as in hard standing, floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Gde 'B' for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 10 mm thick rendering for fair faces of concrete surfaces on walls in CM 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
