Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground gloors and paving n.exc 15 cm thick and removing debries outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (by using 40mm graded crushed broken stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and finishing cement concrete fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for boulders pitching, laid dry hand packed tightly complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of rerinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position and removing debries outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 1:2:4 type B-1 Precast RCC cover slab for drain, manholes, duct etc. with plain faces including setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars, 6 to 8 mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work / pre cast concrete article / stone masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonary walling with solid blocks of PCC 1:5:8 (by using 20mm graded aggregates), exc 10cm in width and setting in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any descreption and in any position of brick or concrete surfaces & racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:4) finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion paint in camouflage pattern over and including a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to RCC fencing post, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. including dismantling of old GI barbed wire fencing of any description from RCC post etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Each line wire shall be measured.

S & F 1050 mm dia (dia of coil when unstretched) pupnched tape razor blade galvanised barbed concertina coil (50 truns per coil) weight approx 15.25 kg ( + / - 5%) expandable 15 mtr, with medium barbs of barb length 24 (+/-) mm pitch between two barbs 35 (+/-) mm, width of barb back to back 13 mm , thickness of the tape is 0.50 mmdia of the spring core wire is 2.60 mm as fencing to steel post/struts fixed with nibs including fixing with special galvanised fastners such as J clips C clips, U clips, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description and in any position (including barbed wire, concertina coil & flat iron of existing fencing) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc… with ends of bars shouldered and /or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars barred iron doors, ladders framed balusters walk ways railings framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-209 . GdeE-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coat of sythentic enamel painting on new steel painted sufaces including prearation of surfaces10 cm width or girth incl one coat of red oxide zinc primer complete all as specified and as directed.
