Supply and fixing of Medium weight Structural steel members as per IS 1161 : 1998 including all labour charges, hire charges of machinery and cost of all consumables, complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer- In-Charge.

Painting the structural members (Including cost of all Paints)with Berger/Asian make paints by applying one coat of primer with high build epoxy mastic paint followed by one under coat with Gloss flake filled epoxy paint and one final coat with Aliphatic polyurethane paint, so as to achieve the DFTs not less than 100 microns, 100 microns & 50 microns respectively after duly preparing the surface to SA 2.5 grade by sand blasting and consumables, the rate includes hire charges of all machinery, lifting and shifting for required location & labour charges for sand blasting & painting etc., at all heights, all leads including all safety measures vide IS code IS-7205 etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the engineer In charge. Maintenance painting shall be as per clause 7 of IS 1477 (part-2):1971 and as per IS 1477 Part-II : 1971 as per paint manufacturer's instructions as directed by the Engineer- In-Charge.

Supply, fabrication and fixing of GI Hand rails of dia 40mm medium class for Hand rails for the walk ways of decantation wells as per existing hand rail pattern including cost and conveyance of pipes, fabrication and fixing charges, safety arrangements etc., Steel tubes, YSt 210 Grade confirming to IS 1161: 2014 Galvanized, Welding shall conform to IS 816: 1969, Repair/restoration to Galvanizing after welding shall conform to IS 11759: 1988, complete the work as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Utilization of old GI Pipe Hand railings by cutting the damaged portions, and welding the remaining to form the hand rail pattern including cost and conveyance of all materials, fabrication and fixing charges, safety arrangements etc., (Old pipes will be supplied by the department at free of cost.), ‘Welding shall conform to IS 816: 1969 complete the work as directed by the Engineer in charge.
