Supply and install 1.5 TR hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 3 star rating and EER 3.2.of capacity as shown complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install Electronic wall mounting type stablizer suitable for AC upto 1.5 TR Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170 volt to 250 volt with output voltage stabilized at 230 volt with accuracy of ±2.5% and of capacity 4.0 KVA(Make: AE/V Guard) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement industrial plug and socket with single pole and neutral enclosures with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing/drawing wiring for Circuit / Submain wiring with PVC casing caping of suitable size inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories including all fixtures /fittings fixed on wall/ceiling along with earth wire with the following size of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed as required of 2 x 4.0 sqmm and 1 x 4.0 sqmm as earth wire Complete all as Specified and directed.

S&F in replacement sub main wiring drawing through PVC casing caping with two single core 10 sq mm and one run of 6 sq mm as earth wire of stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable of 1100 volts grade all as directed.

S&F in replacment of MCB DB SPN 8 ways single door with 240 Volt, 200 amps rated bus bar with all accessories fixed in the wall including taking old DBs any type and cap and making good and match with the existing surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacment of MCB DB SPN 4 ways single door with 240 Volt, 200 amps rated bus bar with all accessories fixed in the wall including taking old DBs any type and cap and making good and match with the existing surface of wall complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for chemical earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 90cmx60cm x 5 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 3.00 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and including Copper strip of 32x6mm as earth lead up to 7.5 mtr long fixed by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc. of galvanised iron or steel including provn of GI protection pipe light grade of 40mm bore and connected to earth strip earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, precast slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4)type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) of weight not less than 4kg/sqm) with frame, funnel with watering pipe of 20 mm bore medium grade, wire mesh and lugs, test point including salt, Coal & Magnesium sulphate etc. complete.Note: copper strip exceeding 7.5m long shall be measured & paid separately.The earth resistance value less than 1 ohm.Failing to achieve the value the contractor shall be re do the earthing without any extra cost etc all as specified and as directed by EIC. complete all as specified and directed.

Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw etc all as specified and as directed by EIC. complete all as specified and directed.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32 x 6 mm copper strip with PVC sleeve etc all as specified and as directed by EIC complete all as specified and directed .

Supply, install and commissioning analogue addressable type Fire alarm control panel along with network interface card and with Lead acid battery back up for 08 hours normal operation and 15 minutes alarm operation. (The control panel, battery charger, etc shall be UL listed) Complying with BS EN 54, 02 loop panel with 99 detectors & 99 modules & upto 200 detectors and modules (per each loop) complete all as specified and directed .

Detectors Complying with and type certified to EN - 45 analogue Addressable type multi sensor heat and smoke detector combination type Photoelectric /Optical with base with self built intelligence as per IS: 11360 (To be provided below and above false ceiling) complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and Fix response indicator for all detectors located above false ceiling complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix analogue addressable fault / short circuit isolator module capable of monitoring shorted loop circuit and automatically restore communications when shorted conditions are corrected complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix analogue addressable control module shall be capable of providing DPDT contact rated at 24 C, DC, 2A complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for river bed sand filling in trenches/ ducts 15 cm above cable and 8 cm under the cable for cushioning/protection to cable including spreading, leveling and get thick 18cm after hand punning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm abetting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over under cable for protection complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for cutting under the road /pavement /hard standing or in any other situation with the manual labour for crossing of U/G cable through it and making both the end good complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and laying GI water tubing of 80 mm bore, light grade, IS-1239 marked with all fittings IS marked and laid in trenches/under roads/in drains with suitable size flat iron/GI clamps, bolts, nuts and washers etc for cable protection, complete all as specified.

Supply and laying, connecting XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable multi stranded aluminum conductors, 1100V grade, of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core with proper size of lugs and laid in trenches / ducts / through GI pipe / fixed to poles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Excavation earthwork, cable covers, sand cushioning and GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal GL and connected to earth plate . Earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt upto 1.5 meter depth all around the earth plate and connected to earth lead of GI strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to Plant/equipment and protected by galvanized iron or steel pipe light grade and water pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Pt I of 2009 and also including making test point for testing of earthing made out of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75x75x25 mm complete all as specified and directed. Note : On testing after completion of earthing if desired earth resistance below 5 ohms is not achieved, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.
