Out sourcing of services for manning and operation of 04 Nos central air conditioning plants of capacity 3 X 135 TR, 3x31.75 TR, 3x30 TR, 3X24 TR water cooled AC Plants complete including cooling tower, AHUs, electrical control panels, pumps and connected equipments etc., complete of the chilled water type AC system, round the clock in 3 shifts of 08 hrs each including sundays and holidays complete all as specified and as directed.

Manpower:- Skilled Operator of trained and experienced in AC Plant Operating system - 01 No per shift for each plant (Total 04 Plants) Plant 1 :- 3 X 135 TR Plant 2 :- 3 X 31.75 TR Plant 3 :- 3 X 30 TR Plant 4 :- 3 X 24 TR Skilled Operator Total - 04 persons per Shift Note:- (i) The operator ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the AC plants. (ii) Maintaining the hourly parameters Log book for the AC plant. (iii) Operation of DG sets and maintaining the Log book for DG sets. (iv) The operator ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the DG Sets. (v) Operator must have skill to rectify minor repairs like gasket change, replacement of fuse cutouts etc., complete In case of any faults to put the plant on working condition.

(vi) The operator should be in a position to intimate major defects/ repairs immediately to the concern JE / Engineer-in-Charge. (vii) Before commencement of work the contractor shall submit the list of manpower to be employed as per requiste qualifications specified in particular specification for approval of GE duly recomended by Engineer-in- charge. (viii) One emergency light and necessary tools should be available in a tool box with operator for smooth functioning.

Out sourcing of services for manning and operation of 03 Nos central air conditioning plants of capacity 3 X 135 TR, 3x31.75 TR, 3x30 TR and 3x24 TR water cooled AC Plants complete including cooling tower, AHUs, electrical control panels, and pumps and connected equipments in complete of the AC system, round the clock in 3 shifts of 08 hrs each including sundays and holidays complete all as specified and as directed.

Manpower:- One Helper (un-skilled) for all the three plants in three shifts of 08 Hrs. Note:- (i) Taking care of house keeping environmental cleanliness area all around installation shall be kept absolutely neat and clean. Cost of all consumable stores such as brooms, cotton waste, cutters etc., deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) The Helper should be able to assist all the operators in general shift after keeping the plants clean & tidy. (iii) Before commencement of work the contractor shall submit the list of manpower to be employed as per requiste qualifications specified in particular specification for approval of GE duly recomended by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and replace LED street light fitting of 45 Watt capacity with IP66 protection inlcuding electronic driver and accessories suitable for pole dia upto 40 mm including GI bracket made of 40 mm gia Gi pipe light grade of length not less than 1.2metre bend to shape as reuired including necessary MS clamps, bolts, nuts, duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: CAT No. SLE UL 45W IP 66 LXN of Surya Roshini or its equivalent in Philips/ Havells India Ltd/ Wipro/ GE/ Bajaj.

Supply and replace existing pressure guage 4" dial, 0-14 Kg rating of existing make complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: H-Guard/ FIEBIG

Supply and replace MCCB 4 pole 100 Amps with rupturing capacity 16 KA (adjustable type) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace MCCB 3 pole 160 Amps with rupturing capacity 36 KA (microprocessor release) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace MCCB 4 pole 250 Amps with rupturing capacity 36 KA (microprocessor release) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace MCCB 4 pole 400 Amps with rupturing capacity 36 KA (microprocessor release) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install gaseous type gravity feed chlorinator of capacity upto 2 KG/hour chemical grade panel board 6 mm thick 2' X4', mounted consisting of flow meter, PVC primary filter, safety guage , teflon pipe 5RM, U-bend, secondary filter with NRV, gas bend with glass NRV, water chlorine mixing chamber water TEE along with inlet and outlet vlave solutioniser water bend complete all as specified and directed. Make: Sathya Sai or its equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply, laying XLPE insulated PVC FRLS, screened , PVC bedded and PVC tape sheathed galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 4 core 16 Sq mm including taking out old un-serviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.
