Material & labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces such as in skirting and dados 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over plaster in CM 1:4' complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for in repairs for 20mm thick granite, z black (table rubbed and polished) for platforms, wall lining (veneering to wall), cills and in similar items laid over 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement(1:2) using marble dust with admixutre of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repairs 20mm dia fancy type PVC coated best quality Draphery rods for curtains fixed to walls with screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or PCC block walling including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

SLabour only for attending emergent complaints i.e no light ,earth leakage,short circuit,neutral break,mains/submain/internal circuit of existing system of main building/block,making continious electric supply including carrying out minor repairs etc as required to make the system in order/functional including replacing fuse wire,copper cable,copper thimbles,glands,earthing wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1.Rate of Fuse wire,copper cable of size 1.5,2.5,4 Sqmm upto 3 RM,copper thimbles,glands,earthing wire are deemed to be considered in this item. 2.Minimum One electrician to be present daily during the contract period,if found absent Rs-600 per day will be deducted daily.
