EA-349 : Inspect and carry out hydrostatic pressure testing of FM-200 (Qty: 10, WP:25 bar, TP: 37.3 bar) and nitrogen cylinders (Qty; 12, W.P: 82 bar TP: 124 bar) In way jobs includes: (a) Removal, transportation and refitment of all 10, FM200, and 12, N2 cylinder. (b) Weighing of FM-200 & nitrogen cylinder. (c) Removal, storage of FM 200 gas (d) Refilling of FM200 gas cylinder & N2 gas (e) FM 200 gas lost during transfer and storage to be replenished. (f) Floor and mounting platform level checks.
EA-3150 : Carry out pressure test of flexible hoses upto 08 bar.
EA-3151 : Test pneumatic detection system
EA-3152 : Blow through system pipes with hot air and check nozzles of respective compartments for blockage.
EA-3153 : Test pressure switches.
LA-5093 : Overhaul the alarm indication cum control panel including remote actuation station. Calibrate all pressure threshold devices. Check performance of all zones, test control and power supply cards. Prove all the functional checks/ system for satisfactory operation including all feeds to IMCS.
