| 1.01Manpower for Round the clock operation | ||||||
| 1.02Providing manpower for operation and monitoring of all equipment related to MGPS system and maintenance as per the schedule given. The rates shall include deputation of 01 technician in each shift for all the three shifts and 01 No. Technician for reliver.The rates shall also include all the charges i.e. ESI,EPF,bonus,GST or any other miscellaneous charges which shall be paid from the contractor to the Technician. Total Man power :-(04 Technicians ).The eligibility criteria of technicians will be verified by this department prior to recruiting by the contractor. (a) 03 No’s Manifold Technicians with SSC (Full Time) plus 02 years of ITI (Mechanical Trade through NCVT and experience of 03 Years as manifold technician. (b) 01 No. Electrician with SSC (Full Time) Plus ITI (Electrician through NCVT) 02-year full-timecourse from Government recognized Institute with 05 years’ experience in Electrical Maintenance works in Industry/Hospitals after ITI. Note : (a) The Bidder should provide 02 pairs of uniform with 01 pair of safety shoes per each year. The charges for uniform and safety shoes should be considered in the manpower charges only. (b) The Bidder should provide 10 No's Log Books of 360 Pages each for maintaining log book for each auxillary equipment and daily rounds. | ||||||

Medical Oxygen Generator of capacity 32 m3/hr( 530LPM) Oxygen Pressure 4 bar with Purity of 93±3%. ( suitable for D Type 02 Cylinders 110nos per day consumption*) Package consists of Screw Compressor,Refrigerated air dryer, Particle Filter, Micron Filter, Sub-micron Filter, Activated Filter, PSA unit,Air Tank,Product Tank,Oxygen Transmitter 0- 100%,After Filter, Sterile Filter With Auto Change Over facility to 02 Cylinder Bank -This ensures uninterrupted 02 Supply under any emergency situation. | 2.05MAINTENANCE ROUTINES FOR OXYGEN GENERATOR 1 Daily 1.1 Oxygen Generator- Check the Oxygen Purity 1.2 Drain function- Check the function of drain valve 2 Weekly: 2.1 Drain function- Measure and check the collection of water 3 Monthly 3.1 Oxygen Generator- Check the sequence of operation of valves 3.2 Filter- Check the filter element is clogged in differential pressure gauge 3.3 Checking and cleaning filter elements in the Inlet of Oxygen generator 3.4 Checking & cleaning the after-filter elements 3.5 Checking and cleaning the filter Drain trap. 3.6 Checking & cleaning the after filter drain valves. 3.7 Checking the cycle change over valve for proper operation. 3.8 Checking the off-gas vent/Alternate valve for proper function, in case need of service will be done. 3.9 Checking the solenoid coil for correct Energize and De- energize as per system commend. 3.10 Checking the alumina/Zeolite condition for its properties. 3.11 Checking the Programmable logic controller default functionalities. 3.12 Checking the O2 Purity, Dew point meter for sensing. 3.13 Checking the timing sequence of changeover valve, as per designed for operations. 3.14 Checking the pressure drop across the Refrigeration dryer & necessary actions for rectifying the abnormalities, if any observed for proper operations and feeding to the Oxygen Generators. | ||||||
| 2.064 Yearly: Checklist for Maintenance: 4.1 Replace the filter element (05 No's - Particle Filter, Micron Filter, Sub-micron Filter, Activated Filter, Streile Filter). 4.2 Check all drain valves, pre-filter, after filter. 4.3 Check any pressure differential indicators (Delta-P) on the pre-filter and after filter (filter elements should still be changed on regular basis once a year) 4.4 Check gas generator for correct operation. 4.5 Check backpressure in regenerating tower, if more than a 0.5 bar on the pressure gauge, clean or re- place exhaust mufflers. 5. OEM Specific Maintenanace Routines: 5.1 Servicing of Compressor according to M/s Comptech equipments instructions ( 4K, 8K, 16K, 24K, 32K, 40K Hours) (a) Check level of lube oil in running condition (50 Hrly/1 week) (b) Clean Air oil cooler (50 Hrly/1 week) (c) Check electrical connections (2K Hrly/6 Months) (d) Greesing of Motor (2K Hrly/6 Months) (e) Check Operation of Safety Valve (2K Hrly/6 Months) (f) Replace oil filter (2K Hrly/6 Months) (g) Replace Air filter (2K Hrly/6 Months) (h) Replace Air Oil Seperator (4K Hrly/12 Months) (i) replace Lube Oil (4K Hrly/12 Months) 5.2 Check the Refrigeration Air Dryer including Drain according to suppliers instruction ( 4K, 8K, 16K, 24K, 32K, 40K Hours) 5.3 Check Pressure in Air tank, Coloumn tank and Product tank according to suppliers instruction ( 4K, 8K, 16K, 24K, 32K, 40K Hours ) 5.4 Check cycle time and cycle interval ( 4K, 8K, 16K, 24K, 32K, 40K Hours ) 5.5 Check Product purity ( 4K, 8K, 16K, 24K, 32K, 40K Hours ) 5.6 Check Product consumption (flow) ( 4K, 8K, 16K, 24K, 32K, 40K Hours ) 5.7 Check Drain system ( 4K, 8K, 16K, 24K, 32K, 40K Hours ) 5.8 Replace free and Micro filters ( 4K, 8K, 16K, 24K, 32K, 40K Hours ) | ||||||
