Manufacture and Install of base foundations with associated hot work and re-gutting for the following as per referred drawings (All the materials are supplied by the firm)at HF Compartment.Manufacturing of basement foundations for RPR, Transmitter device, Cooling device, ACB, Heat exchanger, Interface device, PDBs, Wave guide run with Harmonic filters, Power supply sockets, as per WLDs(Ref document no: QADB/COR/2016/003) along with associated re gutting and Manufacturing of EYE hooks to lift devices .

Fitment of TPR, Transmitter device, Cooling device, ACB, Heat exchanger, Interface device, PDBs, Wave guide run with Harmonic filters, Power supply sockets, as per WLDs(Ref document no: QADB/COR/2016/003), all base foundations to be pinted and fitment of EYE hooks to lift devices .

Resiting / Blanking .Resiting / Blanking of the existing Ventilation Trunking feeding the cabinets of Radar Positive-E in HF Compartment and Positive-E Centre post (subject to inspection on site) .

Resiting .Resiting of the existing light fixtures and manufacturing of additional cable trays in the HF compartment, Positive-E Centre post and OPS room during installation and associated regutting and hot work (subject to inspection on site). .

Manufacturing .Manufacturing of 06 Deck tubes and 09 Bulkhead glands of material SS/Aluminum and fitment of the same. The glands are to be repacked post cable laying and proven during Air Pressure Test (APT) of the ship. .

Cabling .Cabling of approximately 1500 meters (proposed length) in channel trays as per WLD(Ref document no: QADB/COR/ 2016/004) Supply and installation of Cable trays, Aluminum Cable Tallies with engraved and embossed lettering at both the ends, Earth strips for cables and Devices and C clamps. .

Termination of old / unused cables .Termination of old / unused cables by terminating the shield circumferentially and grounding the core at both ends. .

Connectorisation {(a) Identification of Cable ends b) Cable end preparation c) Preparation of core end for clamping d) Crimping of contacts and Insertion of contacts e) Shield/Screen termination f) Earth connection g) Check wire.} .Connectorisation of over 150 connectors and glands for powering up the system with associated cable booting for the same..

Earthing (earth strips are to be supplied by firm).Proper earthing/bonding of all units as per NEC-STD 1101 .

Manufacturing and fitment of Clamps.Manufacturing and fitment of Clamps for mounting of the channel trays and bulkhead mounted devices, as required..

Supply and Installation .Supply and Installation of 01 in No transformer , 02 in No PDBs and 05 Nos 220V, 50 Hz supply boards (with 5/15 amp sockets with switch each board 06 sockets) along with associated degutting, manufacturing of base plate, regutting and cabling. (Location would be indicated by the yard).

Supply and Installation .Supply and Installation of one 2 Ton Marine air conditioner along with reducer, flow meter, chilled water pipe lines and power socket in AMDR HF Post..

Provisioning of all the lagging and welding material .Provisioning of all the De-laging/ lagging and welding material during regutting and welding of all the devices and compartments..
