Supply of 1.1KV grade 3.5Cx35 Sq.mm. armoured aluminium conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed cable conforming to IS - 7098 (Part - I) 1988 respectively with upto date amendments.

Fabrication, S.I.T.C of Outdoor MV Feeder Pillar Panel with double door arrangement made out of 3mm thick outer sheet and 2mm thick inner sheet and partition CRCA sheet steel, dust tight, vermin proof, totally enclosed, cubicle type WITH TOP CANOPY FOR RAIN PROTECTION, floor mounting, free standing, suitable for operation at 433 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, A.C. Power Supply System complete with all accessories, including D-rail for fixing of MCBs interconnection, connection, earthing, painting, grouting, providing pedastal UPTO THE HEIGHT OF 500 MM, Cable Entry provision etc. as required and comprising of following: a) 32A, 4P, 25kA, MCB with RYB indication Lamps, CTS and VAF meter as incomer - 1 Set. b) 2KVA, single phase, online UPS and with suitable SMF battery with min. 15 minutes backup in separate compartments with ventilation/cooling fans- 1 set c)6 Amps,DP, 10kA, C-Curve MCB - 3 Nos. d) UPS Power distribution board with 5Amps switch & sockets- 5 Nos.

Supplying and Laying of 40mm OD HDPE pipe PN4, PE63 ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 4984, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench with all accessories, cutting, jointing etc. complete as required.

Laying of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1KV grade of size upto 35 sq.mm. in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL /HDPE pipe as required.

Laying of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size upto 35 sq. mm. in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Laying and fixing of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle) on wall surface as required.

Supply and Laying of 50mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) complete with G.I. fittings at a depth of 75cm for road crossing including bitumin cutting, PCC Cutting, earth cutting and re-filling etc., finished with concrete (1:2:4) of 150mm thick etc. as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5C x 35 Sq.mm. Size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required.
