COMPREHENSIVE Annual Maintenance Contract - Job includes - Providing / giving as & when required on site or online services with required software and hardware support for the satisfactory working of Latest advanced Digital Transmission Control Protocol based Security Monitoring & Supervision System etc. Complete for period of one year including first year of warranty. Service engineer/technical person from the agency should visit the site once in the month during the period of warranty/AMC & inspect/check up, resolve the problem if any of the whole system. But in case there is any break-down after or before the routine visit, Email/SMS/WhatsApp message or fax of intimation letter will be sent by the customer to Service department of the agency, immediately after breakdown or mis-functioning of the system or any part their off. Agency should attend the call maximum within 72 hrs from the receipt of call in normal conditions, but in case of any unavoidable circumstances viz. strikes, due to natural atmospheric conditions, non availability of transport etc. or due to any other reasons it may vary according to the current situation at that time. On attending the call agency representative will repot the nature & cause of problem to the concern authority by SMS / Email /WhatsApp. If possible he / the team will try to resolve the problem immediately. But if it is impossible then he will report the concern authority & will sent the damaged part / system to the concern service station / manufacturing company for repairs/replacement under warranty or in AMC & will reinstall the same after repairs/replacement.
