SPECIAL REPAIR FOR ROOF TREATMENT OF SMQs AND OMQs AT AF STN BHUJ (PH-I)

Demolition reinforcement Concrete roofs, floors (other than ground floors) beams, stairscases, landing, chhajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolation of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks exc 10cm in width Type C1 (1:3:6) 20mm graded and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or PCC block walling including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 5 mm thick rendering for fair faces of concrete surfaces on ceiling in CM 1:3 is to be finished even and fair (without using extra cement). complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in two layers first coat 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and second coat 5mm thick in CM 1:4 with wate proofing compound @3% by wt of cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparing new plastered ceiling/soffits of chajjas surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 1 to 2 mm thick a coat of wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of plastered or unplastered new extrernal wall surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of water based primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down existing tarfelt from roof including plaster and remove from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cement concete type C-1,1:3:6 mix (using 12.50 mm grade aggregate) as in roof padding etc finished surface even and fair without using extra complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with WPC, finished even and smooth W/O using extra cement as in roof. (WPC shall be measured & paid seperately) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rwater proofing treatment on roof and preparing the surfaces to receive WPT treatment , applying cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 ltr / Sqm conforming to IS 3384 applied on plastered surfaces including side walls , followed by a layers of APP based polymeric membrane reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing 3 Kg/Sqm(minimum) and 3 mm thick) with mineral finish laid on primed surface by torch application with side overlap 100 mm and ends over laps 150 mm , joints sealed properly as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs/coping/ bed block /padding/ depression complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix rotational moulded polythene white water storage tank tripple layared (cylindrical , vertical with closed top , ISI marked , ) hoisted and fixed in position all as specd in SSR Part 1 of capacity 750 ltrs including taking down existing tank also including provision of 20 mm bore ball valves , high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum wt 455 gms) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up on down steel tubing and connection incl cleaning for refining of the following bore of pipe complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of following Sizes:-

Supply & fix CPVC pipes ISI marked, IS-15778 with all fittings for hot and cold water, fixed with solvent cement complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors (SDR-13.5 ) including all fittings connected to work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of following Sizes:-

25 mm bore

Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position any size (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repair 20mm dia gun metal globe / gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repair 25 mm bore gun metal globe / gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing in repair 25 mm bore gun metal globe / gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of cast iron, PVC or reinforced concrete pipes jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of following Sizes:-

Supply & fix UPVC ultra drain,SelFit pipes, single socketed, ISI marked, IS-13592 type 'B' in any length, jointed with solvent cement fixed in walls and floors complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of following Sizes:-

Supply & fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, chajja etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and appying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
