Overhauling of Valves at various locations on MFV MATSYA SHIKARI

The following valves are to be dismantled, cleaned, and offered to the Surveyor, MMD for inspection and necessary repairs to be carried out as per the recommendations of the Surveyor. The valves are to assembled, pressure tested and fitted onboard.All materials and consumables like ms blanks, neoprene joints, gm lids and seat machining works, grease, wrapping sheets, washers ,ss fasteners(ss304),brass seat rings, gland packing, glands, spindles, valve wheels, rubber seat mouldings, neoprene rubber coating inside the valves, valve gear box parts, paints are procure, supply and fitment in contractor scope. all machining works, pullers, welding and brazing works are in contractor scope.

Main sea chest valves -200 MM - 2 Nos.(Gate valves)

Emergency Suction - 50 MM

Strom valves 100mm and 150 mm

Intermediate butterfly valves (generator/fire pumps/ bilge pumps /main engine (65MM)

Bilge chest valves 65mm and 80mm

Bilge line valve (65MM)

Sea water hydro-phore pump suction valve 80 mm

Fuel chest suction valves -50 MM

Fuel chest discharge valve -60 MM

Fuel bunking valve -65 MM

Emergency quick shut off valves (2 Nos.) are to be serviced

Intermediate valves – 200MM(Butterfly valves)

Fire hydrant- 65 mm

OBD valves -100 MM

OBD Valves -80 MM

OBD valves - 65 MM

OBD valves -50 MM

Sea suction valves -80 MM

Air vent valve -35 MM

Air blow off valve -25 MM
