Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling/ wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORTH technical specification Clause 304 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (One hundred fifty milimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arrise out during dewatering as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including disposal of surplus materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental.

Providing and applying primer coat with BITUMEN emulsion (SS-1) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer @ 0.85 Kg. per Sqm. ( Zero point eight five kilograme) per square metre using mechanical means as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 502 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . Providing and laying 25mm (twenty five millimeter) compacted thick bituminous concrete with Min 40-60 TPH (forty-sixty tonne per hour) hot mix Batch type/Drum type plant with electronic control grading-II using crushed aggregate 13mm (thirteen millimeter) nominal size of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 (Viscosity grade thirty ) @ 5.50% (five decimal five zero percent) of mix weight transported to site, laid with censor paver finisher hydraulic with censor control to the required grade, level and alignment over a previously prepared surface and rolling complete with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 ( eight to ten ) tonne capacity for initial break down, rolling and vibratory roller 8-10 (eight to ten) tonne capacity or pneumatic tyre roller of 12-15 (twelve-fifteen tonne) with tyre pressure of atleast 0.56MPa (Zero point five six) for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 (six to eight) tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achieve the desire compaction as per MORTH technical specifications clause 509 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental.
