Outsourcing of services for lift Installed at Technical area Inside the NPOL complex with one No skilled Lifts operator/attendent 0800 hrs shift in a day consisting of following and maintaining the records of beak down,Telephonic complaints from users and department all as specified and directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Note: The Scope of work Included the following lifts in the Technical area of NPOL Kochi all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Fire Lift two Nos (Make: Kone Elevators) Capacity1088 Kgs each (16 Pers) lifts with VVF drive panel installed at Main Lab Buiding all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Goods Lift one No (Make: Omega Elevators) Capacity 1500 Kgs installed at Main Lab Buiding all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Passenger Lift two Nos (Make: Supriya Elevators) Capacity 544Kgs each (8 Pers) at Main Lab Buiding all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

All as per item No 01 above but of following lifts and location installed inside the Technical accn :- all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Passenger lift one No of any make and Capacity 544 Kgs (8 Pers) installed at 'T' Compelx Bldg all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Goods lift two Nos of any make and Capacity 1000 Kgs each installed at 'T' Compelx Bldg. all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Note for Items No 01 and 02:- In addition to above operational service the operator has to perform the following duties

Cleaning of all lift room at Main Lab Bldg and ' T'' complex every day as directed using required tools like Air Blowers, Brooms & Brushes, etc., all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of the items.

Contrator has to provide Tool Bags, Minimum Tools like Line Tester, Test Lamps and other necessary tools for Sl Item No.01 and 2 above and logbooks for maintenecae records etc all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for item No 3 : (i) The spares/electrical items as listed below as SUPPLY ONLY will be used whenever required only and it shall measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) The rate is inclusive of all items as required at site except those items as SUPPLY ONLY below to keep the lift operational round the clock including cleaning and greasing all moving parts on monthly basis complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iii) If spare parts of original make is not available in market necessary suitable spare equivalent to existing lift part as approved by Engr-in-charge shall be used in the work so that to run the lift with smooth functioning. (iv) The contractor should attend any complaint / breakdown immidietly on call basis. (v) Contractor should submit the inspection / maintenance report of every visit inspite of no of visits during breakdown calls including mentioning the status of lift and spares any replaced. (vi) The old unserviceable spares replaced under comprehensive maintenace i.e in sl No 03 of above BOQ is the property of contractor for which credit should be considered in the quoted rate. all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
