Allotment of Catering contract GENERAL MINOR UNIT (General) Stall no. 02 located at PF No. 1 at Rajpura Railway station for a period of five(5) years.

Minimum Annual Turnover : For GMU at 'A-1', 'A' & 'B' Category stations, the bidder must have minimum annual turnover of 3 times of Indicative License Fee in any one of the previous three financial years from catering business. The Bidder is required to submit audited balance sheet and Profit & Loss account or Income Tax returns of previous three (03) financial years i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 duly certified by the Chartered Accountant.

Financial Standing : For GMU at 'A-1', 'A' & 'B' Category stations the bidder must have profit or loss + accumulated reserves + share capital of minimum Rs.3 lakh in the previous three financial years. The Bidder is required to submit dully filled up Form Tech-2 as per proforma prescribed under Annexure-A/4 of tender document.

The Bidder shall carefully study and understand all the information provided in the Bid Document that includes Scope of Work, Instructions to bidders, Eligibility of bidders at Section A. Evaluation Criteria, Annexures A/1 to A/8 and Form Tech-1 and Form Tech-2 at Section B. It may be noted that Annexure A/7, the Performance Bank Guarantee at Page Number 28 to 29 of the Bid Document need to be submitted by the successful bidder only after issue of LOA.

Bidders may note that there is no need to upload entire tender document at the time of submission of their bid. Only the desired annexures filled up with complete information and duly signed by the authorized person be uploaded compulsorily along with requisite supporting documents.
