Mechanized Retrieval, Management and Security of Passenger Baggage Trolleys by providing necessary manpower , battery operated trolley pulling / towing vehicle on round the clock basis at NITB, NSCBI Airport, Kolkata as per scope of work and condition of contract. N.B. - a) The minimum wages payable to the workmen shall be higher of the two, i.e. minimum wages published by the Chief Labour Commissioner, Ministry of Labour and Employment New Delhi (OR) published by the State Govt. of West Bengal. b) The agency quoted rate shall be exclusive of all statutory labour components, viz, PF, ESI, Bonus etc. The same shall be reimbursed on production of valid documentary evidence. c) GST paid by the agency will be reimbursed as per actual against production of documentary evidence of having paid such tax. d) Any escalation on account of revision of minimum labour wages by Govt. authorities during the contract period shall be governed as per provision of Clause-10C of GCC. e) RA bill payment for the respective month shall not be released until submission of proof of remittance of PF, ESI etc to the concerned Govt. Authorities.
