Installation of earth mat at Kalyani Spinning Mill 33/11 KV Substation with supply of materials under Habra Division.

Driving of earth inspection with earth electrodes of GI pipe 40 mm diameter and 3000 mm length with perforations of 12 mm dia holes @ 150 mm from each other at right angles along with type top cap & clamp. The clamp shall be 250 mm long, manufactured with 65x6 mm GI flat and the electrode shall be inserted vertically in the hole of 300 mm dia in earth of preselected places within switch yard. Above holes shall be filled with two layers of charcoal and salt alternatively with thickness of 150 mm each including Construction of inspection pit of 400x400x400 mm size (inside measurement) with 250 mm thick work in cement mortar (1:4), 12 mm thick cement plaster (4:1) in the inter wall surface and upto 150 mm below the ground level of the outer surface. The pit shall be covered with precast RCC slab 50 mm thick (4:2:1) reinforced with 10 mm GI rod @ 100 mm centre to centre both ways including lifting lugs of 10 mm dia GI rod at the slab with the proper finish of all slab on all sides. (all materials will be supplied by the agency)

Laying & rising of ground conductor including jointing, riveting, welding, painting of joints with red lead and aluminium paints & bitumen coating as and when required. (excavation of soil included & supply of GI Flat 65x6 mm included)

Labour for picking up existing gravels from existing switchyard and stacking the same within suitable place in substation for re-spreading including screening of gravels

Cutting of concrete below switchyard for earth mat trench of size 0.4m x 0.6 m

Re-covering of earth mat trench with 100 mm thick PCC nominal mix 1:3:6

Labour for re-spreading of gravels from stack kept within substation
