The intending bidder / firm / Company should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar nature of work involving Supply of Sowdies/Valveman/Crane helper/Pump Driver/ Guage reader/Radial crest gate operator/Watch man/Heavy mazdoor/Driver for Canal maintenance of value not less than 50%of the amount put to tender i.e., Rs 38.76 Lakhs during the last five financial years from 2021-22 to 2025-26. Note: An additional weightage of 10% for each year will be added to the cost of work done to bring it to the 2026-27 price level. Certificate should be obtained from the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.

Performance certificate should be provided by Executive Engineer based on his available previous five (05) years records in the prescribed format. (Annexure K)NOTE:The above Performance certificate should be issued by the Executive Engineer based on his performance for the preceding five (05) years.If the tenderer has uploaded the performance certificate which indicates Good in KPP portal, but his / her / their performance was not good in the division in which tender has been invited (Tender Inviting Authoritys division), In such circumstances the Tender Inviting Authority can make his remarks as Moderate / Average based on the available records. Firm registration certificate under the Companies Act 1956 or The Agencies who have been registered under any appropriate Government Department in the State of Karnataka, for having been in existence as a registered Firm/Agency for past five (5) years or more

Financial Turnover Each tenderer in his name should have in the last five financial years i.e.from 2021-22 to 2025-26 achieved in at least two financial years, an average Annual Financial Turnover of the value usually equal to the Amount put to tender under this contract i.e., Rs77.52 LakhsNote: 1)An additional weightage of 10% for each year will be added to the financial turnover to bring it to the 2026-27 price level.
