Group -I ( C & M works ): Engagement of TPIA (Third Party Inspection Agency) for inspection, supervision & Certification of Laying & maintenance of flow lines, other installation works in different areas in operational areas in Rajahmundry Asset( ( C&M works).

Group II( Civil works ): Engagement of TPIA (Third Party Inspection Agency) for inspection, supervision & Certification of Civil works in operational areas in Rajahmundry Asset.

1 Bidders are advised not to indicate any separate discount. Discount, if any should be merged with the quoted prices. Discount of any type indicated separately will not be taken into account for evaluation purpose. However, in the event such offer without considering the indicated discount is found to be the lowest, Company shall avail such discount at the time of award of the contract.

2 The payment shall be made for actual man days worked/spent. Man day rate shall not be payable for travel time

3 Man day rate quoted above should be inclusive of all but not limited to the following: a) All taxes (including GST), duties, fees, overheads etc. b) Computer time, Secretarial typing, clerical services etc. c) Administrative, Managerial, Legal Services etc. d) Reprographic services & Materials, Photocopy, Stationery etc. e) All local traveling, Communication charges including telephone, telefax, courier etc. f) Boarding & lodging of engineers deployed during the currency of the contract.

4 The quoted rates are all inclusive while working in India Onshore. ONGC shall NOT make any payment on account of intra/intercity air, train, vehicle, travel, conveyance charges boarding and lodging, etc.

5 The bidder has to comply with all the provisions of GST legislation.

6 Bidders are advised to carefully go through the General conditions of contract, scope of work for C&M Works and Civil Works, special conditions of contract and all other provisions of the tender document to quote the rates.

7 8 hrs shift at site supervision shall be treated as one full day

8 In case the actual utilization is less than specified hours on a given day for Onshore India, the man day shall be treated as ½ day

9 Two half days shall be treated as one full day
