Demolition of precast concrete block masonry built in cement morter complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. .

Material & labour for PCC block masonry with precast cement concrete type 1:5:8 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) solid blocks exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound on PCC block masonry surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Supply only WPC will be measured and paid separately).

Material & labour for preparation of new or previously untreated concrete or PCC block masonry external surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (in camouflage pattern as approved by the GE) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 75 mm thick for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/ path/ hard standing/base of Interlocking tiles, checured tiles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 100 mm thick for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in path/ hard standing finishing smooth without using extra cement complete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 100 mm thick for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in path/ hard standing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm X 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Gde 'B' for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles laid dry of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement no pigment in any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & labour for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with white cement and pigment over 15 mm thick screed bed set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repairs Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling existing galvanised steel punchedtype concertina coil 1050 mm dia placed on top of the wall inside the angle iron horns/GI barbed wire, tying with necessary GI wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing galvanised steel punched type concertina coil 1050 mm dia when stretched (stretched to 8 mtr length) placing on top of the wall inside the Angle iron horns/GI barbed wire, tying with necessary GI wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground embedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix chain link fencing plastic coated MS wire made out of 3.5mm outer dia, of size 75 mm x 75 mm, including straining bolts etc. including provn of binding wire or with nuts/bolts complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

1Material & labour for 10 mm dia and over round bars cut to length bent to shape reqd incl cranking bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165. complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc. 0.5 cum, getting out in hard dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers, n.exc. 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for providing cement concrete, type C2, (1:3:6), (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete as in post holes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs and set in CM 1:4 incl necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . ( Note : Reinforcement steel shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply & fix TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) 40mm thick as in bed of drain, surface to be finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for use & waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs, such as roof slabs floor slabs and similar work not exc 200 mm thick for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix type B1 1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls , beams and Columns in floors , roofs , landings , balconies , canopies , deck slab complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware , AC or rinforced concrete ) set in cement mortar complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & labour for reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars of 300 mm laid to slope in trenches, jointed in CM 1:1 and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipe including forming cradles complete for pipe of size 200 mm bore complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
