Event Management Work for Silanyas of SHINKUN LA Tunnel at SHINKUN LA Pass, LADAKH (UT)

Waterproof, fire proof and pillar less covered Aluminium framed structure (German Hanger); side height – min 5 mtr, Centre height - minimum 10 mtr for Public Sitting area with carpeting and dais. All the structures should be of high quality and strong enough to sustain high speed wind & snow pressure as per the specification of the department. Wooden flooring to be laid in area behind the stage.

Construction of thematically designed fire proof VVIP lounge, Ply Back Wall and False ceiling, wooden flooring, new carpeting and lights etc. cushion chairs/two and three seater sofas, centre tables, coffee tables, prefabricated toilet and other required items for beautification and functioning of the room.

Construction of water proof, fire resistant PMO with wooden flooring, new carpeting and lights etc. Necessary furniture for functioning of the office to be provided.

Stage setup : 32’ x 40' x 6ft high MS structure with scaffolding/truss blocks with double plyboard on top & following items : A. Steps on both sides/rear 4 ft wide with railing B. Dias Arrangements – 15 -20 heads (including chairs, centre table, peg table etc) C. Podium with branding and decoration - 1 No D. LED Wall (P3) - 30' x 10' E. Stage Monitor (Plasma TV) – 55/65" x 3 nos F. LED Riser G. Flower Decoration

Sound Arrangements for the Public Meeting, Public Addressal system and ambience music with proper underground cabling and technician etc as per SPG standard with back-up power.

Soundless Genset (Including required quantity of Diesel, adequate number of operators/technician/electrician whatever so required for full-fledged and smooth running of genset and power supply) including backup.

Power distribution with armored cables from main panel board & generator up to hanger/stage/PMO with proper earthing as per SPG standards.

CCTV Cameras set up all over the venue, including setting up and operation. Installation will be as directed by the police department / BRO with display monitor.

Branding as required by the department : i) Self standing display board of size 3' x 6' - 20 Nos ii) Hoardings 8’ x 10’ – 10 Nos iii) Venue Entrance Box Gate of size 35 rft x 2 nos iv) Podium branding – 1 Nos v) Signages – 3 Nos
