Following to be undertaken as part of SoW :- 3.23.1 Repairs/ Serviceability checks of 272 flood alarm sensors 3.23.2 Repairs/ Serviceability checks of 159 BP converters 3.23.3 Serviceability checks of PDCR and SPDCR control panels including renewal of perished/ brocken control cables, replacement of defective fuses, indication lamps 3.23.4 Proving of circuitory checks of alarm signal from respective flood sensors

Operational check/ Defect rectification on PUNJ and PUDUS panel view erratic operation during exploitation.
Tank level sensors (SERVICE COST)
1.9.1. Serviceability checks of Russian make tank level sensors for fuel tanks, DA fuel tanks, Dirty oil and water tanks, feed water tanks and lub oil tanks. 1.9.2. Replacement of defective tank level sensors including removal, calibration and fitment. Qty - 52 1.9.3. Continuity checks of power and signal cabling of all sensors, replace if defective (Approx-500 mtrs) 1.9.4. Provisioning of centralisied monitoring system of tank level at PDCR/ SPDCR and followed by STW and commissioning Type of sensors are as follows:- 1.9.5. АД-4Р-Н (Upper level sensor) - qty – 141 1.9.6. АД-4М-О (Lower level sensor) - qty - 60 1.9.7. ДМ (Level measurement sensor) - qty – 10
Kaspiy system(SERVICE COST)
Repairs/ Serviceability checks of solenoids. Replacement of defective ones. -20Nos 3.125.1 Check all service tallies and cable for correct securing.-1Set 3.125.2 Check that the control panel rubber seals/gaskets are in place and in good condition. 3.125.3.Check wiring/contacts/relays of the panels for wear/deterioration. Project specific defects to DYD for renewal/replenishment if necessary.-14Nos 3.125.4. Carry out repair /calibration of defective 37sensors/gauges at shop floor. -4Nos Serviceability of batteries:- Return all batteries in a filled and charged condition to the battery shop for maintenance-4Nos Capacity test of battery and repair as necessary -4Nos Preservation of battery / system -1Set
