This item is reserved to be procured only from RDSO approved sources. Bulk procurement will be made from the sources approved by RDSO on regular basis. Approval status shall be reckoned as on the date of tender opening and not thereafter, unless it is a case of removal / suspension / banning downgrading. Minimum 80% of the net procurable quantity shall be procured from the regular approved vendors of RDSO and balance from Developmental vendors of RDSO.

Only such variation shall be admissible which takes place after the submission of bid. No claim on account of statutory variation in respect of existing tax/duty will be accepted unless the tenderer has clearly indicated in his offer the rate of tax/duty considered in his quoted rate. No claim on account of statutory variation shall be admissible on account of misclassification by the supplier/ contractor.
