REPAITR TO PRESSED STEEL OVER HEAD TANK OF CAPACITY 9600 GALLONS CAPACITY AT PUMP HOUSE NO. 7B UNDER GE (N) TEZPUR
(a) M & L for dismantling and taking down old corroded angle iron bracing etc inside the pressed steel overhead tank of capacity 9600 Gallon capacity at 12 mtr height staging tank by dismantling the welding joints from gusset plate and dismantling and taking down gusset plate by removing of nuts bolts etc complete all as specified and directed. Haleshwar. (b) M & L for replacement of angle iron bracing of size and thickness as per existing (50x50x5mm) inside the OH tank staging at 12 mtr height including necessary arrangement for holding of surrounding plates and bracing ,cutting of gusset plates to required size and shape and angle for jointing with bracings by drilling holes welding of web piece with gusset plate where ever required after making proper shape etc complete at a height of 12 mtr all as specified and directed. Location : Pump House No. 7B Haleshwar. (c) M&L for fixing of MS plain sheet of existing size 3.00mm thick suitable size cut to proper shape for top cover including necessary fabrication and welding and including nut, bolts and washers of suitable size complete at pressed steel OH tank all as specied and directed. Location Pump House No. 7B Haleshwar. (d) S&F of factory made pressed steel plates of size 1.22 mtr x 1.22 mtr x 6mm thick fixing with suitable size nuts, bolts and washer including all jointing material such as lead wool, gasket, non toxic black putty complete at a height of 12 mtr all as specified and directed. Haleshwar. (e) Fixing in repair old pressed steel plates of size 1.22mtr x 1.22mtr x 6mm thick with suitable size nuts , bolts and washers including all jointing material such as lead wool, gasket, non toxic black putty complete at a height of 12 mtr all as specified and directed. Haleshwar. (f) M& L for providing & erecting double scaffolding, Jacks to support the structure provisionally during repair etc.
