Removing existing unserviceable seat frame with cane plastic and replacing with and including seat made out of sheesham wood duly polished and caned with cane conforming to IS-5378-1994, type-1, 2mm wide plastic cane (White Colour) half round, border all around shall be caned with 3 mm wide cane plastic half round complete, in Godrej pattern, seat fixed with nuts and bolts to chair frame, including provision by welding of MS flat 25 X 3mm 02 Nos (front & back) beneath the seat all as specified and as shown on drawings and complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..(FD-75)

Material & labour for replacement of worn out old unserviceable frame with new frame made out of MS square 25mm 16 gauge tubes including stiffener wherever required duly welded, and painted to match with surroundings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation the old painted surfaces, removing the denting etc, and painted by applying single coat of synthetic enamel of black colour to table dining Ors frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs to Chair CBA special with hand rest and replacement of component:-

Material & labour for removing existing old nylon newar from chair verandah and recanning of the chair verandah with high density polyethylene cane, 3.50 to 4mm wide, 0.50mm thick, half round, conforming to IS-5378-1994, type-1, white in colour, weaving in the pattern shown on drawing No FD-256/FD-359 or in Godrej pattern or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete as specified and complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(FD-256)

Supply & fix in replacement PVC shoes of chair verandah, white in colour, all as shown on drawing number complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. FD-256/FD-359.

Material & labour for preparation of previously painted chair verandahs by thoroughly cleaning the surfce to remove dirts, oils, dust, rust flakes and paint flakes using wire brush or sand papers, damp clothe or as directed: priming the surfaces with anti corrosive primers using suitable sprayers; also applying metal enamel paint using sprayers till glossy finish is obtained; complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Book Case Steel with Glazed shutter

Repairs to Charpoy GI Pipe plywood top

Removing unserviceable ply wood top from charpoy and supply and fix new 6'x3'x 12mm thick commercial BWR Gde plywood IS: 303-1989 marked, fixed with & including nuts, washers and bolts to frame work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and shown on drawing .(FD-220)

Taking out old broken threaded long rail of charpoy GI pipe and S&F new long rail made out of galvanised iron pipe 32 mm dia medium grade ISI marked Make : Jindal/Tata/Prakash Surya,after cutting & threading both ends 22 mm, all as shown on drawing and complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Making short rail out of unserviceable (broken) long rail obtained from 23.02 above, cutting, threading both ends 22 mm and fixing in replacement into the same or other existing frame. All as shown on drawings and complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Making leg out of unserviceable (broken) short rail obtained from 23.03 above, cutting, threading one end 22 mm, providing & welding 3mm thick round 32mm dia round ms sheet on bottom and fixing in replacement into the same or other existing frame. All as shown on drawings and complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of three way elbow 32 mm dia 65 mm long (ISI marked) all shown on drawing & complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old broken check nuts 32 mm dia and supply and fixing new check nut GI 32 mm dia to Charpoy GI pipe plywood top all as shown on drawing & complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of brackets of FMN set as per existing specification duly painted with synthetic enamel paint black colour. All shown on drawing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of old long rails (Minor damaged) from Charpoy GI pipe, cutting and threading one side upto 30mm and fixing in existing elbow as per drg complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour only for assembling and tightening of different loose components of charpoy GI pipe .All as specified and complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of support iron patti size 950 mm x 100 mm long (ISI marked) all shown on drawing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing unserviceable ply wood top from bes hard steel and supply and fix new 6'.5x3'x 12mm thick commercial BWR Gde plywood IS: 303-1989 marked, fixed with & including nuts, washers and bolts to frame work, complete all as specified and shown on drawing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. C.R. pipe from bed hard steel and supply and fix new MS tube side 25x65mmx18 guage as per existing specification duly painted two coat of synthetic enamel paint blank colour over red oxide paint, all as shown on drawings and complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing unserviceable long rail (length appx 0.824m) MS tube side 38x38mmx18 gauge rect. C.R. pipe from bed hard steel and supply and fix new MS tube side 38x38mmx18 guage as per existing specification duly painted two coat of synthetic enamel paint blank colour over red oxide paint, all as shown on drawings and complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing unserviceable MS tube legs 32x32mmx18 gauge and supply and fixing new of MS tube legs 32x32mmx18 guage, two coat of synthetic enamel paint blank colour over red oxide paint, all as shown on drawings and acomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of stiffeners 25x25mm x18 gauge (appx length 0.824m) SQ MS tube two coat of synthetic enamel paint blank colour over red oxide paint, all as shown on drawings and complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation the old painted surfaces, removing the denting etc, and painted by applying single coat of synthetic enamel of black colour to bed hard steel (MAP) frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs to Charpoy with hard top (Map)

Removing unserviceable ply wood top from charpoy with hard top and supply and fix new 6'x3'x 12mm thick commercial BWR Gde plywood IS: 303-1989 marked, fixed with & including nuts, washers and bolts to frame work, complete all as specified and shown on drawing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Removing of unserviceable long rail (length appx 1.98m) MS tube side 25x65mmx16 gauge from charpoy with hard top and supply and fix new MS tube side 25x65mmx16 guage as per existing specification duly painted two coat of synthetic enamel paint blank colour over red oxide paint, all as shown on drawings and complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of unserviceable short rail (length appx 0.90m) MS tube side 25x65mmx16 gauge from charpoy with hard top and supply and fix new MS tube side 25x65mmx16 guage as per existing specification duly painted two coat of synthetic enamel paint blank colour over red oxide paint, all as shown on drawings and complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MS tube legs (appx length 440m) 32x32mmx16 gauge, two coat of synthetic enamel paint blank colour over red oxide paint, all as shown on drawings and complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MS plate 32x32x5 mm welded at bottom of legs and under which 3 mm thick rubber sheet fixed with adhesiv all shown on drawing & complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of stiffeners 25x25mmx16 gauge (appx length 0.90m) MS tube two coat of synthetic enamel paint blank colour over red oxide paint, all as shown on drawings and complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation the old painted surfaces, removing the denting etc, and painted by applying single coat of synthetic enamel of black colour to charpoy with hard top (MAP) frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to Teapoy verandah and replacement of components

Supply & fix in replacement of unserviceable top 3'X1'-6'' of the teapoy with new top made out of prelaminated particle board of 18mm/19mm thick, exterior grade, one side teak face (Phenol bonded), confirming to IS 12823-1990 with 4 mm thick teak wood edging all around of the top duly french polished complete all as shown on drawings. The top shall be fixed making appropriate fixing arrangements i, e, drilling of holes, tightening of top with appropriate size of screw complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material & labour for replacement of old unserviceable PVC Shoes (one shoe) with new PVC shoes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Material & labour for preparation the old painted surfaces, removing the denting etc, and painted by applying single coat of synthetic enamel of black colour to teapoy verandah frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
