MFV Mastya Darshini SR 22041/ E54 to E61 & E63 to E66 and E118 to E122 Routines on Refrigeration & AC works

Refrigerator system works The refrigeration system,Gas to be withdrawn into empty bottles(empty bottles are in contractor scope),corroded copper pipelines are to be renewed. All system valves(dia 1/4’’ to 02’’inchand Qty-29 nos) are to be serviced. On completion of repair / renewal the system is to be flushed out, pressure tested with nitrogen for 24 hrs, vacuumised the system and checked for 12 hrs, gas charging and system to be commissioned (R-22 gas supply by ship). All the safety cut outs / trips are to be serviced and made operational and Checking of all instruments i.e. expansion valves, solenoid valves, controls, pressure switches etc. (10 Nos). The Oil separator dismantling, cleaning and boxing up.sight glass is to be replaced.Pressure relief valve cleaning and calibration to be carried out (02 Nos). satisfactory operation to be showned to ship staff. All requried materials and consumables under contractor scope.All brazing works,welding and machning works are under contractor scope.

Fish hold evaporator coils to be degutted / re-gutted for fish hold steel renewal, if required. satisfactory operation to be showned to ship staff. All requried materials and consumables under contractor scope.All brazing works,welding and machning works are under contractor scope.

The following safety alarms / cut outs of Ref. system are to be checked and proved: i) HP / LP cut outs are to be checked / proved (02 Nos) ii) Blower trip switch to be proved (01 Nos) iii) Condenser pump failure trip is to be checked / proved. (01 Nos) iv) Differential cut out is to be checked / proved (01 Nos) NOTE: All materials and consumables like brazing electrodes, blanks, neoprene joints, gm lids and seat(Lead) machining works, wrapping sheets, washers ,ss fasteners(ss304), Lead seat rings, gland packing, glands, spindles, valve wheels and requried copper pipes(dia up to 50 mm) are procure, supply and fitment in contractor scope. All machining works, welding and brazing works are in contractor scope.

AC works The AC system,Gas to be withdrawn into empty bottles(empty bottles are in contractor scope),system to be overhauled,(OEM spares supplied by HSL),corroded copper pipelines are to be renewed(around 20 mtrs). All system gas valves(8 nos) are to be serviced. On completion of repair / renewal the system is to be flushed out, pressure tested with nitrogen for 24 hrs, vacuumised the system and checked for 12 hrs, gas charging and system to be commissioned (R-22 gas -180 kgs supply by contractor). All the safety cut outs / trips are to be serviced and made operational. satisfactory operation to be showned to ship staff. All requried materials and consumables under contractor scope.All brazing works,welding and machning works are under contractor scope.

AC condenser and Receiver deteriorated badly need to be renewed as per sample. AC condenser and Receiver supply and commissioning are in under contractor scope.operational trials to be showned to ship staff.

AC Indoor units are to be serviced and operational trials to be showned to ship staff
