Supply and Fix in repairs, seamless ceiling with using 12mm thick, factory made gypsum fiber board, fixed on GI frame work for seamless ceiling suitable for suspended system with and including applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer to give even and smooth finish without showing any joints complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for false ceiling work of galvenised MS ceiling grid system 'UNLOCK" comprising of main runner 38mmx24mmx0.35mm cross tee 38mmx24mmx0.25mm and GI suspenders 4mm dia fixed to ceiling with and including supply and fixing water proof laminated gypsum ceiling board of size 600x600x 8 mm thick complete all as specified and directed and fixed as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of pre-cast concrete block masonry built in cement mortar of any description in any position complete all as spcified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate in the proportion as directed) exc 10cm in width and set and jointed in Cement Mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Prelaminated particle boarding, any description, fixed in any position with screws complete all as spcified and directed.

S&F WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid wall lining consisting of 9 mm thick any coulour and any pattern WPC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on WPC frame as per specifications complete all as spcified and directed.
